民族关系是一个国家政治生活的重要成分。改革开放以来，随着回汉经济的密切往来，宁夏回汉民族形成了平等、团结、互助的关系。本研究关注的焦点是宁夏回汉民族在日常交往中是如何把握尺度，维持这种和谐关系的，他们之间是否存在有形或无形的规则来约束行为，从而避免族间冲突的发生。本文以银川市为视点，对宁夏银川老中青三代回民和汉民做个案访谈。从日常交往的不同形式（邻里关系、同事关系、同学关系）、族际通婚、宗教信仰和风俗习惯、族际认同四个方面入手，试图寻找回汉民族交往当中约定俗成的规则。结果发现，回汉民族之间的交往只需要把握好两个方面：1）尊重对方的饮食习惯，交往时进出清真餐厅，避免谈论和“猪”相关的话题；2）尊重对方的宗教信仰。在对老中青三代回汉民做纵向比较时，发现回汉民族之间的族际边界正不断模糊，共识域不断扩大，约定俗成的规则正逐渐变少。

Ethnic relation is always an important part of a country’s political life. Since the reform and opening-up policy of China, as the close ties to Hui and Han’s economy, Hui and Hai’s relationship in Ningxia is already become equality, solidarity, mutual assistance and harmony. This research is focus on how they grasp the communicational scale and maintain this harmonious relationship. And we want to know whether tangible or intangible rules exist to constrain the behavior between them, so as to avoid inter-ethnic conflict between Hui and Han people. Based on the viewpoint of Yinchuan, we did some interview on young and older Hui and Han people, such as neighborhood assistance, industry margin relations, economic relations, school education, observation cross-national marriage and so on. It was found that interaction between Hui and Han nationalities need only a good grasp of two aspects: 1 ) respect each other's eating habits when out halal restaurant association , avoid talking " pig" related topics ; 2 ) respect each other's religious beliefs. In addition, it was found that inter-ethnic boundary between Hui and Han nationalities is constantly blurred , consensus domain is expanding , prescriptive rules are gradually reduced.
