社交焦虑作为一种常见的心理现象,对学业成绩、社会功能和心理健康等造成不良影响。随着心理学研究的发展,自悯这一构念被发现可以作为缓解焦虑情绪的重要因素之一,但对自悯与社交焦虑间作用机制的研究还比较有限。本研究旨在探讨自悯与社交焦虑之间的关系,并考察自我观念(自尊、自我概念清晰度)和评价恐惧(负面评价恐惧、正面评价恐惧)在这一关系中的作用。通过收集611名大学生的数据,运用网络分析方法,构建了自悯与社交焦虑的无向网络模型,识别中心节点与桥接节点。研究结果表明,自悯对社交焦虑具有负向预测作用,自我观念与自悯正相关、与社交焦虑负相关,评价恐惧与自悯负相关、与社交焦虑正相关;高自尊样本网络中社交苦恼具有更大的影响力,低自我概念清晰度样本网络中正念具有更大的影响力,不同评价恐惧样本的网络结构相对稳定。研究为社交焦虑的干预提供了启发,高自尊群体中社交苦恼是干预的关键点,低自我概念清晰度个体需重视正念训练的干预效果,且自悯的缓解作用在不同评价恐惧水平下具有一致性。在未来研究中可对样本选取和变量测量进行改进,并构建有向网络追踪评估优化后干预方案的有效性。

外文摘要:

Social anxiety, as a common psychological problem, negatively affects interpersonal communication, academic development, and physical and mental health. With the development of psychological research, the construct of self-compassion has been found to serve as one of the important factors in alleviating anxiety, but research on the mechanism of action between self-compassion and social anxiety is still limited. The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between self-compassion and social anxiety and to examine the role of self-concept (self-esteem, self-concept clarity) and evaluative fear (fear of negative evaluation, fear of positive evaluation) in this relationship. By collecting data from 611 university students, an undirected network model of self-compassion and social anxiety was constructed using network analysis to identify the central and bridging nodes. The results of the study showed that self-compassion had a negative predictive effect on social anxiety, self-concept was positively related to self-compassion and negatively related to social anxiety, and fear of evaluation was negatively related to self-compassion and positively related to social anxiety; the network of high self-esteem samples had greater influence on social distress, the network of low self-concept clarity samples had greater influence on mindfulness, and the structure of the networks of different fear of evaluation samples was relatively stable. The study provides inspiration for intervention of social anxiety, social distress is a key point of intervention in the high self-esteem group, individuals with low self-concept clarity need to pay attention to the intervention effect of mindfulness training, and the alleviating effect of self-compassion is consistent across different levels and types of fear of evaluation. In future studies, sample selection and variable measurement can be improved, and a directed network can be constructed to assess the effectiveness of the optimized intervention programme.
