A保险资产管理公司作为一家保险资产管理机构，依托其母公司H保险公司的快速发展，资产管理规模已超6000亿元，并预计在3-4年内突破万亿元大关。在业务规模扩大的同时，A公司数字化建设落后所带来的问题逐渐显现出来。A公司高层对此高度重视，为了实现公司整体战略发展目标，公司高层提出了数字化转型战略。本文以A公司为研究对象，首先采用文献研究法，阐述了整体金融行业的数字化转型趋势、保险资金运用特点、金融行业数字化发展现状及数字化转型策略的研究现状；其次，采用调研访谈法，详细了解了A公司在系统建设、专业团队、工作模式等方面情况。在此基础上，本文深入分析了A公司数字化建设现状和在系统架构、业务支持、数据管理、人力资源等方面存在的问题和困难。然后，提出应将数字化转型工作建成一把手工程，并立足A公司现状，结合行业优秀实践，精准施策，从资源投入、企业文化、管理机制、系统机构、数据治理和重点项目建设等方面提出了应对策略。
本文希望通过对A保险资产管理公司数字化转型的研究，为保险资产管理行业机构数字化转型提供有益的借鉴和参考。

Digital transformation has become an important path for high-quality development of financial institutions.
Relying on the rapid development of its parent company H Insurance Company, A Insurance Asset Management Company has exceeded 600 billion yuan in asset management scale and is expected to break through trillion yuan in 3-4 years. With the expansion of asset management scale, the problems caused by the backward digital construction of Company A gradually emerged. The senior management of Company A attaches great importance to this. In order to achieve the company's overall strategic development goals, the senior management proposed the digital transformation strategy. This paper takes Company A as the object, first uses the literature research method to describe the digital transformation trend of the financial industry, the characteristics of insurance fund utilization, the current status of the digital development of the financial industry and the research status of the digital transformation strategy，and uses the method of survey and interview to have a detailed understanding of company A's system construction, professional team, work mode and other aspects. On this basis, this paper analyzes the current situation of Company A and the problems and difficulties in system architecture, business support, data management, human resource. Then, it is proposed that the digital transformation work should be built into a top-notch project. Based on the current situation of Company A, combined with the excellent practice of the industry, the paper put forward the countermeasures from the aspects of resource input, corporate culture, management mechanism, system organization, data governance and key project construction.
