教育部在《中小学班主任工作规定》(2009)中指出:班主任是中小学日常思想道德教育和学生管理工作的主要实施者,是中小学生健康成长的引领者,班主任要努力成为中小学生的人生导师。在我国的中小学,班主任工作是一项非常有意义的工作。在任课教师任职过程中,要把教学工作当作自己的主要工作。强化班级管理,是高校德育工作的重中之重,也是高校德育工作的重中之重。各级政府部门、学校要为其提供良好的工作环境,并为其提供良好的待遇与权利。 一直以来义务教育阶段尤其是小学阶段被认为是培养优秀人才的关键时期,不仅承担了教授知识的重任同时更是学生人格、品格塑造的重要时期。此阶段的重要性也就不言而喻了。班主任是和学生接触最密切,沟通最多的群体,所以第一责任人自然就落到小学班主任的身上,小学班主任其实是教育工作的执行者、组织者和管理者等。班主任的个性品格,工作处事方式对学生的身心有着很重要的影响。 本研究旨在通过使用问卷调查和访谈研究,分析BW学校小学班主任岗位现状,找出BW学校小学班主任岗位胜任存在的主要问题,包括组织管理能力方面、沟通能力方面、专业知识技能方面以及人格、动机与态度方面。研究发现影响BW学校小学班主任岗位胜任的维度有专业知识技能、内在动机、发展意识态度、培训方面、任务量方面、待遇方面、任职和评价机制方面。本研究提升BW学校小学班主任岗位胜任的建议包括:增强班主任的管理能力培养、增强班主任的沟通能力培训制度、班主任要树立正确的学生观、重视对班主任的专业能力、内在动力和自我发展的培养、班主任要塑造良好的人格特质与认知特点、班主任要具有良好的工作态度等方面。 义务教育阶段小学班主任的工作需要、学校予以重视,当小学班主任在工作中体验到职业幸福感,班级管理等班主任的工作才会变得更加得心应手,这同样会提升学生、家长的满意度和幸福感。 |

The Ministry of Education pointed out in the "Regulations on the Work of Head Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools" (2009) that head teachers are the main implementers of daily ideological and moral education and student management work in primary and secondary schools, and are the leaders of the healthy growth of primary and secondary students. Head teachers should strive to become life mentors for primary and secondary students. In primary and secondary schools in China, head teacher work is a very meaningful task. In the process of serving as a teacher, teaching should be considered as one's main job. Strengthening class management is the top priority of moral education in universities, and it is also the top priority of moral education in universities. Government departments at all levels and schools should provide them with a good working environment and provide them with good treatment and rights. The compulsory education stage, especially the primary school stage, has always been considered a crucial period for cultivating outstanding talents. It not only bears the heavy responsibility of teaching knowledge, but also is an important period for shaping students' personality and character. The importance of this stage is self-evident. The head teacher is the group with the closest contact and the most communication with students, so the first person responsible naturally falls on the primary school head teacher, who is actually the executor, organizer, and manager of educational work. The personality and work style of a head teacher have a significant impact on students' physical and mental health. The purpose of this study is to analyze the current situation of primary school head teachers in BW School through questionnaire surveys and interview research, and identify the main problems in the competency of primary school head teachers in BW School, including organizational management ability, communication ability, professional knowledge and skills, as well as personality, motivation, and attitude. Research has found that the dimensions that affect the competence of primary school head teachers in BW schools include professional knowledge and skills, intrinsic motivation, development awareness and attitude, training, task volume, salary, employment and evaluation mechanisms. The suggestions for improving the competence of primary school head teachers in BW schools in this study include: enhancing the management ability of head teachers, enhancing the communication ability training system of head teachers, establishing a correct student perspective, emphasizing the cultivation of professional abilities, internal motivation, and self-development of head teachers, shaping good personality traits and cognitive characteristics, and having a good work attitude. The work of primary school head teachers in the compulsory stage needs to be given attention by the government and schools. When primary school head teachers experience professional happiness in their work, their work such as class management will become more proficient, which will also improve the satisfaction and happiness of students and parents. |
