要真正实现减少社会的犯罪，仅仅从犯罪人和潜在犯罪人这一角度考虑是不够的。因为“犯罪——被害”是一个问题的两个方面，二者相辅相成，在很多情况下,犯罪的发生或升级都是犯罪人与被害人相互作用的结果。因此，改变被害人或潜在被害人易遭被害的某些行为习惯和不良生活方式是非常必要的。但是，我国被害预防理论研究尚不完善，这与我国涉足被害人学领域较晚有关。故本文在被害人和犯罪人互动关系的基础上，以心理学为视角，着重构建被害前、被害中与被害后被害预防的理论依据，即生活方式暴露理论和社会角色差异理论，应激状态控制理论以及自我防御机制理论，体现了被害预防的可行性，并针对常见的人身犯罪和财产犯罪提出被害预防的具体建议，也以此实践作为检验理论的标准。

To truly achieve the reduction of social crime, it is not enough studying only from the point of view of the crime and the potential. Because "crime-murder" is the two sides of a problem, the two complement each other. In many cases, the happen and escalation of crime are the result of the interaction between the criminal and the victims. Therefore, it must be very necessary changing some bad habits and lifestyle of the victims or potential victims, which are important factors often leading to victim. The theoretical study on the victim prevention of China is not yet perfect, which is late involved victims of the field. Thus this article restructures the theoretical foundations of the victimization prevention from the view of Psychology, on the base of the interaction between the offenders and the victims, that is Life-Exposure theories of Victimization& the Difference of Social Role, Control the Situation of Stress Theory, and Mental Defense Mechanisms. These theories elaborate the feasibility of victimization prevention so that we can come up with some suggestions as to a few of common crimes, as the examination of above theories.
