农村留守儿童为伴随中国城镇化进程的加快而出现的一类特殊儿童群体,由于家庭结构的不完整,受到不利因素影响的风险更高,出现行为和心理问题的概率更大(李晓玫等,2022;Pan et al., 2021)。而社交焦虑是我国农村留守儿童最突出的问题,在多项研究调查中均超过30%。长此以往,对个体成年后的行为具有长期影响。为此,本研究采用个案研究的方法,使用焦点解决短期疗法对农村留守儿童进行干预,以提升农村留守儿童的自尊水平,降低社交焦虑症状。 考虑到来访者的社交焦虑症状不同,咨询师与两位来访者分别工作了7次和8次。使用儿童社交焦虑量表(SASC)、儿童自尊自信量表(CSES)和长处和困难问卷(SDQ)对来访者进行前测、中测和后测以评估来访者咨询前后的变化情况。咨询结束时,从量表得分来看,两位来访者的社交焦虑得分降低至临界分数以下,社交焦虑相关的自尊自信水平得到提升;从质性数据来看,咨询过程中的来访者的开放程度不断增强,对于过去的经历进行重构,自尊水平得到提升,能够突破同伴交往的限制,与越来越多的陌生同伴建立友谊,并在行为上进行尝试,咨询效果良好。 本研究得出的结论是:焦点解决短期疗法能有效缓解农村留守儿童的社交焦虑症状,并提升来访者的自尊自信水平。 |

As a special group of children in the convert of China 's urbanization, rural left-behind children are more vulnerable to adverse factors due to the incomplete family structure, thus showing more psychological and behavioral problems. Social anxiety is the most prominent problem of chinese left-behind in rural areas, which is more than 30 % in many research surveys. In the long run, it has a long-term impact on the behavior of individuals in adulthood. Therefore, this study adopts the method of case study, using solution-focused brief therapy to intervene in rural left-behind children, in order to enhance the self-esteem level of rural left-behind children and reduce the symptoms of social anxiety. Taking into account the different social anxiety symptoms of the visitors, the consultant worked with the two visitors 7 times and 8 times respectively. The Children 's Social Anxiety Scale (SASC), the Children 's Self-Esteem and Self-Confidence Scale (CSES) and the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ) were used to conduct pre-test, mid-test and post-test to assess the changes of visitors before and after counseling. At the end of the consultation, from the scale score, the social anxiety score of the two visitors was reduced to below the critical score, and the level of self-esteem and self-confidence related to social anxiety was improved. From the perspective of qualitative data, the openness of visitors in the counseling process is increasing, the past experience is reconstructed, the level of self-esteem is improved, the restrictions of peer interaction can be broken through, and more and more strange peers can be established. Friendship, and try on behavior, the counseling effect is good. The conclusion of this study is that solution-focused brief therapy can effectively alleviate the social anxiety symptoms of rural left-behind children and improve the self-esteem and self-confidence level of visitors. |
