我们所处的时代从未面临如此迅猛的变化,经济的发展和进步在给人们带来良好的物质生活的同时,也对于人们的思想道德建设提出了新的挑战。若是思想道德建设落后于时代和经济的发展,那么必然会引起社会的动荡和价值观的畸形。中学生是祖国的未来和希望,做好中学生的思想道德建设工作更是尤为重要。从组织行为学的角度上来说,经济发达的社会环境不仅会给中学生带来严峻的挑战,也会给学校的德育工作者的工作开展带来前所未有的挑战。对于中学生来说,学校的德育教育工作对于他们道德观念的形成至关重要。但是,就目前来说,中学德育教育面临着很大的问题,很多中学的德育工作,常常会受到客观环境变化和主观素质不高等因素的制约,造成中学德育干部的素质和德育工作不适应的矛盾,缺乏教育的实效性。本文基于这个基础之上,对于海淀区中学德育干部素质发展策略分为四个部分进行了深入而系统的研究。文章的第一部分主要是对于目前关于这一内容的研究背景和意义、研究目的和任务、研究中存在的问题、研究的内容和方法等问题进行了一定的调查,为更好的展开实践调查奠定了一定的基础,此外,第一部分还对于此课题中出现的相关概念进行了界定和梳理,明确了中学德育干部发展的概念和意义,以及中学德育干部的素质发展与组织行为学的关联。文章的第二部分主要是在对于海淀区德育干部现状的调查的实践的基础之上,对于海淀区德育干部调查进行了相关说明,并通过对于调查结果的统计和分析,探究海淀区中学德育干部主要存在的问题,并从客观和主观两个方面进行阐释。文章的第三部分主要是对于海淀区中学德育干部访谈调查及其结果的原因分析,说明了本次研究的访谈情况,在真实了解他们的想法之后对于结果进行了系统的统计与分析,得出海淀区中学德育干部问题的根源所在。文章的第四部分是在前面研究的基础之上,针对德育干部素质发展过程中存在的问题及原因,对于海淀区中学德育干部素质发展提出可行性策略和建议,结合组织行为学的观点,分别从客观和主观两个方面提出发展策略。对于北京市海淀区的中学德育干部的德育工作进行了问卷调查和访谈研究,在真实收集到一手资料和了解过他们的想法之后,运用组织行为学的只是对于德育工作之中遇到的问题和德育干部素质上存在的问题进行了深入的研究和探讨,希望能够在以后的德育工作之中做到更好,也希望能够为中学的德育工作者们提升自己提出值得参考的价值。

For middle school students, school moral education work is very important for their moral values.
