本文基于数字化经济的背景，对国际外包业务的发展进行研究。从分析数字化经济的内涵和发展特征出发，阐述国际外包业务的价值链理论，并针对国际外包业务管理展开分析，针对以上文献给出评述。接着对数字化经济发展模式对企业的国际外包业务所产生的影响进行全面分析，以制造业国际外包业务作为研究对象来分析数字化经济下制造业在发展过程中所采取的国际外包业务模式，并对国际外包业务的具体特点以及管理方式进行分析。通过国际外包业务对整体经济影响以及数字化对国际外包业务影响的实证研究，从实证分析角度，首先给出研究假设，其次对变量与数据进行说明，最后用相关软件进行回归分析，得出文章结论以及给出相关建议。

Based on the background of digital economy, this article studies the development of international outsourcing business. Starting from the analysis of the connotation and development characteristics of the digital economy, the value chain theory of international outsourcing business is elaborated, and the analysis of international outsourcing business management is carried out, and comments are made on the above literature. Then analyze the impact of the digital economy on international business outsourcing. Taking manufacturing international business outsourcing as an example, analyze the main forms of manufacturing international outsourcing in the digital economy and the characteristics of manufacturing international outsourcing business in the digital economy. Through empirical research on the impact of international outsourcing business on the overall economy and the impact of digitization on international outsourcing business, from the perspective of empirical analysis, first give the research hypothesis, secondly explain the variables and data, and finally use relevant software for regression analysis to draw the conclusion and give relevant suggestions.
