情理与法律一直是中国传统司法文化中不能忽视的两个概念，学界对此也有许多论述。在汉语中，情理通指人之常情和事物的通理，在司法领域内就延伸到案件事实、社会习俗等方面；法律则是是国家统一确定的强制性规范。在具体司法实践中，情理与法律这一对关系具有特殊意义。女性继承则是宋代司法重要的课题，其法律规范乃至审理裁决较之前代都有巨大进步。因此，从《名公书判清明集》收录的有关女性继承的书判入手，以具体案例为切入口，通过阅读、分析对比不同书判裁决结果，并结合相关文献，有助于分析在此类案件中展现出的情理与法律关系。

Reasonability and law have always been two concepts that can not be ignored in Chinese traditional judicial culture, and there are many discussions in academic circles. In Chinese, reason refers to the common sense of people and things, which extends to the case facts, social customs and other aspects in the judicial field.The law is the mandatory norm that the country determines uniformly. In the concrete judicial practice, the relationship between reason and law has special significance. Female inheritance is an important subject of the Song Dynasty, and its legal norms and adjudication have made great progress compared with the previous dynasties.Therefore, it is helpful to analyze the relationship between rationality and law in such cases by starting with the judgments on female inheritance included in Ming Gong Shu Pan Qing Ming Ji and taking specific cases as the starting point, through reading, analyzing and comparing the results of different judgments and rulings and combining with relevant literature.
