在万物皆媒的智能物联网快速发展背景下,搭载于各种智能技术物之上的智能语音彰显着人工智能技术物日益媒介化的现状,正在嵌入日常生活,成为人们媒介感知与实践体验的日常部分。以往媒介化研究将这一过程聚焦于对社会、经济、政治、文化各项制度的媒介逻辑渗透,但较少涉及微观层面的积极感知、风险感知、控制建构和策略实践体验的影响,因而错过了在微观心理层面上反映用户心理控制调适过程所折射的智能时代媒介化进程。本文考察了智能语音用户对作为功能和关系维度界面的感知和实践体验,尝试解答智能语音演变为一种什么样的新媒介,其所生成的界面有何独特之处,这一界面勾连了何种用户积极感知、风险感知和意在获得控制感的实践体验,在用户体验过程中,哪些问题逐步浮现,而当下应该如何思考对策以展开治理等问题。本文针对以智能音箱和移动智能语音助手为代表的智能语音用户展开了考察,以深度访谈法和网络民族志方法收集资料,采用线上和线下相结合的半结构化访谈方式,以及经由对于智能语音用户较为集中的两个智能语音产品粉丝社区(智能音箱的小爱同学圈和移动智能语音助手的小艺论坛)展开的参与式观察方式,并且通过扎根理论的三级编码方式尝试进行理论建构。研究发现,智能语音是一种独特的听觉和半自主性媒介,孕育了以低可见性为重要特征的新型界面。这一界面塑造了嵌入性、自然感、流动性的信息环境,更新了媒介消费场景、家庭互动场景和移动互动场景,在调整交互对象、延展交互过程、激发情感投射方面改变了关系体验。用户使用感知中最为直接的部分是对功能的感知体验,智能语音用户的感知功能体验的智能性体现在对于内容消费功能、日常管理功能和游戏娱乐功能的感知中,感知功能使用适宜性则在对于智能语音技术容易学习和智能语音技术系统的稳定性感知中得到彰显,持续使用积极性的感知建立在感知智能性、感知功能使用适宜性和感知人性化的基础之上,并且由于智能语音的可迭代、可控性、可记忆、可关联性和可定制等因素而形成。在长期看来,用户持续的使用逐渐生成关系感知体验,这一体验类型涉及到由内而外的人机关系、家庭关系和社交关系的感知。在上述功能和关系两个层面,用户利用智能语音满足需求的过程中的挫折体验,生成了风险感知,而这影响了用户对于媒介的控制感的平衡,激发用户重新恢复控制感的努力。用户的实践体验主要涵盖两个方面,一方面是用户对于智能语音的控制感构建实践,另一方面是用户对于智能语音恢复控制感的策略性实践。智能语音技术的迭代升级也为未来埋下物质维度、关系维度的隐忧,影响着社会与技术的可持续发展。前述这些风险问题亟待从内部进行价值敏感设计,从外部展开关系型共治,并且培育用户的认知运用技术的素养与能力。搭载着智能语音的智能技术物具有政治、经济、文化的多维深度社会连接性,将智能语音的微观影响不断上升到更为宏观的层面,推动智能语音对于社会的媒介化进程。 |

In the context of the rapid development of intelligent Internet of Things where everything is medium, intelligent voice mounted on a variety of intelligent technology objects highlights the increasingly media status quo of artificial intelligence technology objects, and is being embedded in daily life, becoming a daily part of people's media perception and practical experience. Previous studies on mediatization focused on the media logic penetration of social, economic, political and cultural institutions, but rarely involved the influence of positive perception, risk perception, control construction and strategic practice experience at the micro level, thus missing the mediatization process of the intelligent age reflected in the adjustment process of users' psychological control at the micro psychological level. This paper examines intelligent voice users' perception and practical experience of the interface as a functional and relational dimension, tries to answer what kind of new media intelligent voice has evolved into, what unique features of the generated interface, what kind of positive user perception, risk perception and practical experience intended to gain a sense of control are connected with this interface, and what problems gradually emerge in the process of user experience and how to think about countermeasures to carry out governance . In this paper, intelligent voice users represented by smart speakers and mobile intelligent voice assistants are investigated. Data are collected by in-depth interview and network ethnography, and semi-structured interview is adopted by combining online and offline ways. And the participative observation method is developed through the two fan communities of intelligent voice products (the XIAO AI circle of intelligent speaker and the XIAO Yi Forum of mobile intelligent voice assistant), and the theoretical construction is attempted through the three-level coding method of grounded theory. It is found that intelligent speech is a unique auditory and semi-autonomous medium, giving birth to a new type of interface with low visibility as an important feature. This interface shapes the information environment of embeddedness, natural sense and fluidity;updates the media consumption scene, family interaction scene and mobile interaction scene;and changes the relationship experience in terms of adjusting interaction objects, extending interaction process and stimulating emotional projection. The most direct part of user perception is the perception and experience of function. The intelligence of intelligent voice users' perception and experience of function is reflected in the perception of content consumption function, daily management function and game entertainment function. The adaptability of perception function is manifested in the perception of easy learning of intelligent voice technology and the stability of intelligent voice technology system. The perception of continuous use of positivity is based on perceptual intelligence, perceived ease of use and perceptual humanization, and is formed due to the iterability, controllability, memorability, relatability and customizability of intelligent speech. In the long run, users' continuous use generate relational perceptual experience, which involves the perception of human-machine relationship, family relationship and social relationship. At the functional and relational dimension, users' frustration experience in the process of using intelligent voice to meet their needs generates risk perception, which affects the balance of users' sense of control over the media and stimulates their efforts to restore the sense of control. The practical experience of users mainly covers two aspects: on the one hand, the construction practice of users' sense of control for intelligent voice; on the other hand, the strategic restoration practice of users' sense of control for intelligent voice. The iteration and upgrading of intelligent voice technology will also bury the hidden worries of material dimension and relationship dimension for the future, affecting the sustainable development of society and technology. The risk problems mentioned above need following measures to solve: value-sensitive design from the inside, relational co-governance from the outside, and the cultivation of users' cognitive virtue and technical literacy. Intelligent technology equipped with intelligent voice has multi-dimensional and deep social connectivity of politics, economy and culture, which continuously raises the micro influence of intelligent voice to a more macro level and promotes the mediatization process of intelligent voice. |
