目前关于两晋时期国家认同的研究十分薄弱。本文尝试用个案研究与综合考察相结合、理论探讨与史实论证相结合的方式,对两晋时期国家认同问题进行深入探讨。研究内容主要有以下五个方面: 第一,对“国家”一词的古、今含义进行了辨析,认为“国家”有政治层面与地理层面两种含义,本文所用“国家”一词,侧重其政治层面的含义,与“政权”一词可互换使用。两晋时期的国家认同,是指两晋时期各族人民对当时各个政权如西晋、东晋以及十六国政权的态度、情感以及相应活动。第二,对两晋时期国家认同的理论基础,即先秦两汉时期以儒学为中心的国家理论进行了梳理,认为先秦两汉时期的儒学国家理论由“德治”为核心的天命论、“大一统”为特征的王权论、“夷夏之辨”和“五服论”为主体的民族观等三个部分组成。先秦两汉时期的儒学国家理论,在两晋时期已经成为汉族士大夫和北方胡人统治者广泛尊奉的政治指导思想,并且深深沉淀到社会心理层面,为两晋时期的国家认同提供了深厚的理论基础。第三,对围绕两晋时期系列主要政权的认同现象进行了重点考察,认为围绕两晋政权的国家认同,是一种基于共同的文化与历史的认同,是正统观的反映;围绕石赵、前秦、前燕诸政权的国家认同,分别代表了基于共同的民族意识、地域观念、政治信仰和政治利益等三种基本的国家认同模式。第四,对两晋时期国家认同的形成因素和强化途径进行了综合考察,重点分析了民族因素和政治因素在国家认同形成中的作用,探讨了各国统治者强化国家认同的具体方式,如文化教育、典型示范、礼乐宣扬和外交斗争等等,总结了国家认同形成因素与强化途径的地域差异,并指出这种地域差异在本质上乃是民族差异。第五,对两晋时期国家认同理论的传承与突破进行了分析总结,指出两晋时期不仅坚守和传承了先秦两汉儒学国家理论的基本原则,恪守“德治”天命论和“大一统”国家理念,而且在北方胡人统治者的影响下,实现了对先秦两汉时期儒学国家理论的部分突破,主要表现为借助“德治”天命论的逻辑威力,突破了传统“夷夏之辨”中关于夷卑夏尊、夷狄不可为君的理论局限,开创了公开承认胡人政权正统地位的思想传统。综上所述,民族与文化,是两晋时期国家认同的两大主题,而两晋国家认同的本质,归根结底是文化认同,或曰儒学认同。两晋时期的北方胡人统治者,大部分人主动认同儒学文化,使得胡人政权的发展轨迹,自动融入中华民族的形成历程中,从而推动了北方胡人政权纳入中华正统序列的进程,为中国统一多民族国家格局的最终形成发挥了重要的推动作用。这正是两晋时期国家认同的积极意义所在。

It’s seriously insufficient of the the study on State identity in Two-jin Period at present, about which will be talked in this thesis, by the way of both individual study and synthetical study, both theory study and historical demonstration. The dissertation is divided into following parts:First: The dissertation discriminates some concepts mentioned. States in Two-jin Period in this thesis include West-jin Dynasty, East-jin Dynasty, and Sixteen States etc. State identity means people’s feelings and attitudes to West-jin Dynasty, East-jin Dynasty, and Sixteen States, as far as some activities about them.Secend: The dissertation has analyzed the State theory in Confucianism which was formed in Two-han Dynasty. The author thinks that the State identity in Two-jin Period is just based on the State theory of Confucianism formed in Two-han Dynasty. moral governing, complete power, and distinguishing position between ethnic groups of Yi and Xia, all of these principles are political major thoughts for the people in Two-jin Period.Third: The dissertation studies importantly on the State identity of West-jin, East-jin, Shi-zhao, Qian-qin, and Qian-yan. This thesis thinks that the State identity in Two-jin Period can be divided into four modes: identity on history and culture, ethnic group identity, region identity, and polical identity.Forth: The dissertation synthetically studies on the State identity are forming factors and the strengthening methods in Two-jin Period. The ethnic group and politic are looked as the special factors during the form of State identity. The strengthening methods on State identity are usually education, typical cases, ceremonies, and diplomacies, All of which shows regional character on the appearance, but in fact rooted in the ethnic description.Fifth: The dissertation has analyzed the theatrical contributions on State identity in Two-jin Period. The paper thinks that it’s a great progress in Chinese history that the states building by minority ethnic groups in northern China were looked as normal states in Two-jin Period.In a ward, the paper points out that, the ethnic group and the culture are the major topics on the State identity, and the culture identity, or said Confucianism identity is the nature of the State identity. The minority ethnic groups’ leaders in northern China were attribute greatly to the ancient complete nation’s forming.
