数字化时代下,许多行业都在深入推进着数字化转型,这其中又以制造业的转型幅度之大、范围之广、影响之深。传统制造业中,家电行业是一典型代表,缘于其市场规模庞大、竞争激烈、生产端和用户端完备且联系密切,既依赖于技术创新进步又离不开对用户市场的把控,因此,在数字化时代下,家电行业天然的需要并契合数字化转型来帮助企业提高竞争力。那么,在具体实践中数字化转型将如何给企业带来效益,市场对企业数字化转型的反应如何呢?作者基于此问题开展案例研究,也将为家电企业等更多企业提供思路借鉴。

本文回顾了国内外关于数字化转型及其影响的相关研究成果,阐述了数字化转型对企业的影响机理,以格力电器数字化转型案例作为研究对象,基于流程再造理论等理论基础,介绍了格力电器、格力电器数字化转型进程以及其在数字化转型方面进行探索的事件,结合已有的理论研究分析了格力电器转型的类型,结合案例具体采用事件分析法和财务指标分析法等进行具体分析。

通过研究发现:直接成效方面,格力电器通过积极布局数字化形成了数字化资源,收获了创新产出,优化了销售渠道商业结构;市场反应分析结果显示,对于格力电器的数字化转型,资本市场对其持较为乐观的态度同时也存在时滞效应;格力电器数字化转型本身投入并未带来负担,对财务指标和非财务方面都带来了正向效益。文章最终认为格力电器的数字化转型对企业是有积极影响的,针对格力电器、市场投资者以及家电企业提出了些许建议,并总结了研究中的不足和对未来研究的展望。

In the digital age, many industries are deeply promoting digital transformation, among which the transformation of the manufacturing industry is significant, wide-ranging, and deeply influential. In traditional manufacturing, the home appliance industry is a typical representative due to its large market size, fierce competition, complete and closely connected production and user ends, which rely on technological innovation and progress and cannot do without controlling the user market. Therefore, in the digital era, the home appliance industry naturally needs and aligns with digital transformation to help enterprises improve their competitiveness. So, how will digital transformation bring benefits to enterprises in specific practice, and how will the market react to digital transformation of enterprises? The author conducts case studies based on this issue, which will also provide ideas and references for more enterprises such as home appliance companies.

This article reviews the relevant research results on digital transformation and its impact at home and abroad, elaborates on the impact mechanism of digital transformation on enterprises, takes Gree Electric Appliances digital transformation case as the research object, and based on theoretical foundations such as process reengineering theory, introduces Gree Electric Appliances, the digital transformation process of Gree Electric Appliances, and their exploration events in digital transformation. Combining with existing theoretical research, the types of Gree Electric Appliances transformation are analyzed, and specific analysis methods such as event analysis and financial indicator analysis are used in combination with the case.

Through research, it has been found that in terms of direct effectiveness, Gree Electric Appliances has actively laid out digital resources, achieved innovative outputs, and optimized the commercial structure of sales channels; The market response analysis results show that for Gree Electric's digital transformation, the capital market holds a relatively optimistic attitude towards it, but there is also a time lag effect; The digital transformation of Gree Electric Appliances itself has not brought any burden, but has brought positive benefits to both financial indicators and non-financial aspects. The article ultimately believes that the digital transformation of Gree Electric Appliances has a positive impact on the enterprise. It puts forward some suggestions for Gree Electric Appliances, market investors, and home appliance enterprises, and summarizes the shortcomings in the research and prospects for future research.
