十九世纪末,二十世纪初的奥地利在艺术上进行着一场前所未有的革命，它不光在形式上更新，并且有着更深层次的意义，那就是艺术家与艺术的关系的变革。从艺术家创造艺术，到艺术家本身就是艺术，艺术的意义和话语权发生了根本性的转变，艺术在这个时期进入了现代艺术的领域。本文从画家在绘画中表现出的艺术样式出发，通过对席勒生平的研究，结合心理学方面的分析，以及本人在绘画创作过程当中积累的部分经验，较详细地阐述了席勒的绘画艺术发展的三个阶段，论述了其绘画所受到的各种内外在因素的影响。本文通过对文献资料和作品的相互比对，对其风格的成因和风格发展的本质进行了详尽的分析。在今天，艺术的创新也同样建立在话语权转变的基础上，艺术家要怎样在当代的艺术中发掘新的思路，创造新的形式？艺术的创造在于话语权的转变，而艺术家本人的特性和族群特点又成为引导话语权转变方向的钥匙。文章通过对席勒个人绘画的研究，以及影响其艺术发展的环境条件和心理因素等，从而明确指出这些因素是怎样对艺术产生影响的。

There was a unprecedented art revolution in Austria in the end of 19th century and the begaining of 20th century. This art revolution had brought new changes in form and also had a deep meaning that was the change of the relationship between artists and art. The course of artists’art is art. Artists themsevles are art. There was foundmental change in the meaning and discourse power of art. The art enters the era of morden art. From the painter’s style of art, this paper studys Egon Schiele’s life. Combining psychological analysis and my expriences accumulated during the course of art creation, the paper elaberates three stages of Schiele’s art development and the influences on his art from outside and inside circumstances. By comparing the document and works of art, the paper interpretes the causes and development of his art style. Nowadays, the innovation of art bases on the change of discourse power.How does artists dig up new thoughts and create new forms?
