随着建设宏大的社会工作人才队伍战略部署的不断推进,中国社会工作教育迅猛发展。截止于2018年4月,中国开设MSW学位点的高校增长至148所。社会工作教育在不断推进的同时,MSW毕业生作为兼具实践能力和实务能力的高等人才,其专业认同对于其学习过程中的态度和行为选择有着深远的影响。因此,针对MSW毕业生展开专业认同的形成机制研究有着重要的理论意义和实践意义。 本文采用质性研究方法,针对12名2017届MSW毕业生进行半结构式访谈,运用NVivo 11 pro软件对访谈资料进行整理,以探究MSW毕业生其专业认同的形成机制。 研究发现,一部分MSW毕业生其专业认同形成机制为目标导向机制,其中又分为人生目标导向机制和功利目标导向机制。人生目标导向机制形成了以价值认可和正向情感为基础,人生目标为导向的专业认同。而功利目标导向机制的专业认同内涵更多的包括其对社会工作专业价值的认可以及从认可引发而来的专业与内心情感上的正向联结。另一部分MSW毕业生,其专业认同形成机制为混合导向机制,该机制在课堂教育、日常实践、专业实习和公众态度等动态作用下形成了专业认同,其专业认同内涵更多的包含纯粹的专业性内容,是指个体具备了一定专业基础知识并对专业价值观念产生认可,对专业工作内容和方法产生正向情感,从而使得个体产生行为改变。 本文建议各高校应多邀请校外实务领域专家开展讲座,提升学生专业认识;通过创新专业化教育模式,提升课程深度;规范实习模块设置,提高实习机构准入门槛。社会工作行业应加强宣传,促使专业发展,同时开发“高精尖”社会工作岗位,促使社工硕士人才就业。
外文摘要:
With the development of the strategic deployment of the great social work talent team, China's social work education is developing rapidly. As of April 2018, the number of universities in China with MSW academic sites has increased to 148. While implementing the social work education, the MSW graduates, as the higher talents with both practical ability and practice ability, the professional identity for their learning attitude and behavior in the process of selection has further influence. Therefore, it has great theoretical and practical significance to study the formation mechanism of professional identity for MSW graduates. This article adopts qualitative research method, conducted semi-structure interviews with twelve 2017 class MSW graduates, using NVivo 11 pro software sorts through interviews and to explore the formation mechanism of MSW graduates of their professional identity. The study finds out that the MSW graduates who have chosen to enter are the goal-oriented mechanism, which is divided into the life goal orientation mechanism and the utilitarian goal orientation mechanism. The goal guiding mechanism of life forms a professional identity based on value recognition and positive emotion, and the goal of life is oriented. The professional identity of the utilitarian goal orientation mechanism includes more recognition of the professional value of social work, and the positive connection between the professional and the inner feelings caused by the recognition. The MSW graduates who get into the social work by chance, their professional identity formation mechanism for hybrid guidance mechanism, this mechanism in classroom education, daily practice, professional practice and formed under the action of public attitudes etc., professional identity. The connotation of the professional identity contains more purely professional content, it refers to the individual have certain basic specialized knowledge and recognition on professional values, produce positive emotions to professional work content and method, as a result, make a change of individual behavior. This paper suggests that universities should invite experts from practice field to take lectures to improve students' professional knowledge. Through innovation and specialization education mode, enhance the depth of the course; Standardize the setting of practice module and raise the admittance threshold. The social work industry should strengthen the publicity, promote the professional development, and develop the "high-precision" social work position, and promote the employment of social workers.
