This research paper comprehensively analyzes the necessity, process and potential impact of G Education Company's diversification strategy under the background of education industry change and market competition intensification. G Education Company, as an educational institution focusing on postgraduate entrance examination training, is faced with market changes brought about by the "double reduction" policy and the rapid development of online education technology, which has prompted the company to seek diversification strategies to diversify risks and seek new growth points. The research uses PEST analysis, Porter's Five forces model, SWOT analysis and other methods to deeply explore the internal and external environment of G Education Company. Through these analyses, the study reveals the main challenges that companies face in implementing diversification strategies, including high operating costs, narrow target customer groups, and weak adaptability to environmental changes. At the same time, the study also identified the advantages of the company, such as a strong faculty, regional influence, and the good background of the executive team. Based on these analyses, the research puts forward the concrete implementation path of G Education company's diversification strategy, including product diversification, market diversification, organizational restructuring, continuous monitoring and evaluation, and financial security measures. Product diversification involves increasing on-the-job postgraduate entrance examination business, expanding CET-4 and CET-6 training, opening up higher education business, laying out continuing education business such as adult college entrance examination and senior education, and establishing "artificial intelligence + education" intelligent learning platform. Market diversification suggests that the company expand to other regions in Shandong Province and neighboring provinces. Organizational structure adjustment suggests the establishment of cross-departmental teams and project-based management to adapt to the development of new businesses.
