团队合作是高校人文社科类常见的一种学习方式,提高团队合作的效率对高校人才培养质量有着重要意义。断层感知是成员清楚所在团队的子群特征,这种主观知觉会促使成员展现出不同的行为。本研究以有科研任务的大学生为研究对象,探索团队中的断层感知对互助行为的影响。同时,本研究还关注团队冲突在断层感知与互助行为之间的中介作用。 本研究共收集、筛选出320份问卷,根据数据分析结果发现:(1)断层感知正向影响互助行为;(2)任务冲突会部分中介断层感知与互助行为的关系;(3)关系冲突会部分中介断层感知与互助行为的关系。 本研究是在特定时代下针对特定群体的研究,具有一定的理论意义和实践意义,丰富了群体断层与互助行为领域的成果,同时为高校小组合作培育方式助力。 |

Teamwork is a common way of learning in universities.Activated faultlines is a subgroup characteristic that members are aware of in their teams, and this subjective perception drives members to exhibit different behaviors This study explores the impact of activated faultlines on mutual support behaviour in teams, using university students with research assignments as research subjects. It also focuses on the role of team conflict in mediating the relationship between perceptions of faultlines and mutual support behaviour. The study used questionnaire analysis to collect 320 questionnaires. Based on the results of the data analysis, it was found that: (1) perceptions of faultlines positively influence mutual aid behaviour; (2) task conflict partially mediates the relationship between perceptions of faultlines and mutual aid behaviour; and (3) relationship conflict partially mediates the relationship between perceptions of faultlines and mutual aid behaviour. This study is a group-specific study in a specific era, with certain theoretical and practical significance, enriching the results in the field of group faultlines and mutual aid behaviour, while contributing to the way group cooperation is fostered in universities. |
