基于对三节点酶结构实现生物适应性机制的进一步探讨,研究了某一四节点酶结构实现适应性的机制,该机制不完全等同于三节点酶结构。在三节点酶结构中,仅有两种结构可实现适应性[1]:一个负反馈环带一个缓冲节点(NFBLB),一个不一致前馈环带一个成比例节点(IFFLP)。一方面,进一步研究了三节点酶结构实现适应性的机制,以NFBLB为例说明了该机制可归结为合适参数的范围。理论上,利用常微分方程线性化后得到的方程,分析实现适应性的条件,得到实现适应性的参数范围。模拟上,经验证该参数范围可使结构实现适应性。另一方面,研究了一种将结合NFBLB和IFFLP的结构实现适应性的机制。理论上,NFBLB机制可以实现适应性,但IFFLP机制无法实现适应性。模拟上,也验证了这一点。另外的,该结构与单纯的三节点NFBLB相比,多了IFFLP结构,且随着IFFLP结构影响的增大,该结构在经历波动时变化逐渐降低。

Based on further study of the mechanisms of three-nodes enzyme network to achieve biochemical adaption, four-nodes enzyme network is discussed concerning mechanism to achieve biochemical adaption. However, the mechanism to achieve perfect adaption is not the same as that of three-nodes. In three-nodes enzyme network, there are only two ways to obtain perfect adaption: a negative feedback loop with a buffering node (NFBLB) and an incoherent feed forward loop with a proportioner node (IFFLP). On the one hand, the mechanisms of three-nodes enzyme network to achieve adaption is discussed again. In Theoretically, Michaelis-Menten rate is used to describe the mechanisms, and by the analysis of the Jacobi matrix the parameter region is proved same as that of research before [1]. Numerically, the parameter region can make sure the adaption. On the other hand, a particular four-nodes enzyme network combined NFBLB with IFFLP concerning the mechanism to achieve is discussed . Like the way to achieve perfect adaption in three-nodes enzyme network, it is showed that NFBLB can achieve perfect while IFFLP cannot. This phenomena is also certified by numerical simulation. However, compared with a three-nodes NFBLB enzyme network, this network is added a NFBLB, which changes less if the influence of IFFLP becomes larger.
