在对玉林市兴业县要古村的田野调查和相关文献研究的基础上,从民俗学视角记录玉林市壮族春节的饮食活动。通过对传统食品的制作工艺、文化寓意及其祭祀食俗的介绍,呈现壮族的春节饮食文化。壮族春节食俗独具特色,春节小吃多是糯米制品,且味道偏甜;过节喜饮酒庆祝。当地春节饮食在传承和发展中遇到一些问题:春节食品商业化、制作工艺传承面临困难和传统春节食品的多样性和民族性淡化。针对这些问题提出一些策略,促进当地春节饮食文化的保护与开发。

On the basis of the field study and related literature research of YaoGu , a village of Xingye County in Yulin City, Guangxi province , this paper records Zhuang nationality's diet activities in Yulin City from the perspective of Folklore. This paper presents the food culture of the Chinese New Year through introducing the craftsmanship ,cultural implication and sacrificial rite of the traditional food . There is unique eating custom in the Spring Festival of Zhuang Nationality. The Spring Festival snacks are mostly products made of sticky rice , and taste sweet; People are more likely to drink some wine for celebration. There exists some problems in the inheritance and development of the local Chinese New Year diet. For example, the commercialization of the Spring Festival food, inheritance of craftsmanship, fading of the food diversity and national character. Thus this paper puts forward some solutions to promote the protection and development of the local Spring festival food culture.
