党的十九大报告中提出“促进志愿服务制度化”的重要思想,强调要加强志愿服务工作的组织与管理,使志愿服务工作融入社会治理,成为加强精神文明建设的一项重要事业。十九届四中全会也提出了“完善志愿服务体系”,并强调了要建立起一套完整的志愿服务体系,在这些决策的部署和推动下,我国志愿者领域的发展已经取得了显著成果。公共图书馆作为传播公共文化的重要载体,随着制度、经济和文化的高速发展,人们对精神文化方面的需求也在不断扩大,志愿服务也受到了人们高度关注,越来越多的人愿意加入到公共图书馆志愿服务队伍中来。志愿者参与公共图书馆日常工作不仅能够有效地缓解公共图书馆人力资源上的压力,而且还可以为社会提供一个良好的公益服务平台,为公民提供一个展示自我,实现自我价值的机会。然而,在志愿者规模不断壮大的情况下,志愿者管理工作同时面临着诸多问题,例如,志愿者规模迅速增长的同时,出现了志愿者持续参与率低、流动性大、凝聚力不强等现象,这些势必会直接影响公共图书馆志愿服务活动的顺利开展,而且会增加公共图书馆的运作成本,降低志愿服务的质量,对于志愿者、读者和图书馆都有不利的影响。因此,如何促使志愿者持续性提供志愿服务,即增强志愿者服务持续性将是公共图书馆要面临的一大挑战。 本研究使用调查问卷的方式选取珠海市4个公共图书馆的512名志愿者作为研究对象,以志愿服务动机为切入点,引入角色认同,研究志愿动机对服务持续性的影响。使用志愿者功能问卷量表,角色认同量表和志愿行为持续性量表为工具,构建本研究的理论模型。通过研究,形成以下结论:1.志愿服务动机与服务持续性存在显著正相关关系。2.志愿服务动机与角色认同存在显著正相关关系。3.志愿服务过程中角色认同与服务持续性存在显著正相关关系。4.志愿服务过程中的角色认同在服务动机与服务持续性中间起中介作用。 最后,本文针对珠海市公共图书馆志愿者服务动机对服务持续性的影响研究得出的结论,分别从国家、社会、公共图书馆、志愿者个人四个层面提出一些意见和建议,为有效提升公共图书馆对志愿者的吸引,提高志愿者的角色认同感,增强志愿服务持续性,促进图书馆领域的健康发展,加强整个社会的精神文明建设,提供些许研究基础。 |

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the important thought of“Promoting the institutionalization of volunteer service”, and emphasized that the organization and management of volunteer service should be strengthened so as to integrate volunteer service into social governance, it has become an important cause for strengthening the construction of spiritual civilization. The fourth plenary session of the 19th central committee also proposed“Perfecting the voluntary service system” and stressed the need to establish a complete voluntary service system, the development of volunteer field in our country has made remarkable achievements. As an important carrier of spreading public culture, with the rapid development of system, economy and culture, People's demand for spiritual culture is also expanding, and the voluntary service has also been highly concerned by people, more and more people are willing to join the public library volunteer team. The participation of volunteers in the daily work of public libraries can not only effectively relieve the pressure on human resources of public libraries, but also provide a good public service platform for the society, provide an opportunity for citizens to show themselves and realize their self-worth. However, with the increasing scale of volunteers, there are many problems in the management of volunteers. For example, while the scale of volunteers is increasing rapidly, there are some phenomena such as low participation rate, high mobility and weak cohesion of volunteers, which will directly affect the smooth development of voluntary service activities in public libraries, moreover, it will increase the operation cost of public library and reduce the quality of volunteer service, which has a negative impact on volunteers, readers and libraries. Therefore, how to promote the sustainability of volunteer services, and enhance the sustainability of volunteer services will be a major challenge for public libraries to face. In this study, 512 volunteers from 4 public libraries in Zhuhai City were selected as research objects by means of questionnaires. Taking volunteering motivation as the starting point, role identity was introduced to study the impact of volunteering motivation on service continuity. The theoretical model of this study was constructed using the volunteer function questionnaire, role identity scale and volunteer behavior Persistence Scale as tools. Through the research, the following conclusions are formed: 1. There is a significant positive correlation between volunteer service motivation and service continuity. 2. There is a significant positive correlation between volunteering motivation and role identity. 3. There is a significant positive correlation between role identity and service continuity in the process of volunteering. 4. Role identity in volunteer service plays an intermediary role between service motivation and service continuity. Finally, based on the conclusions of the study on the impact of volunteer service motivation on service continuity in Zhuhai public Library, this paper puts forward some opinions and suggestions from the four levels of the country, society, public library and individual volunteers. In order to effectively enhance the attraction of public library to volunteers, improve the role identity of volunteers and enhance the continuity of volunteer service, Promote the healthy development of library field, strengthen the spiritual civilization construction of the whole society, and provide some research basis. |
