随着开放科学等理念的相继提出，探索科研活动全流程开展学术交流成为新的发展趋势。科研人员开始尝试将与研究工作有关的科学数据、实验设计、分析计划和处理分析等一系列材料作为理论支撑依据，连同最终完整的研究成果封装在一起实现集成出版，注册式研究报告得以产生并发展，现已受到国内外学术界和出版界的广泛关注。

本文结合开放科学运动的核心理念和发展实践，首先，通过网站调研，梳理了注册式研究报告的出现背景、发展脉络，并归纳总结出注册式研究报告的核心特点和学术价值；其次，从发表时间、来源期刊、作者机构、被引频次、研究主题和地区分布等维度全面刻画注册式研究报告的发展现状；接着，通过对比不同学术期刊提供的注册式研究报告投稿指南，归纳出注册式研究报告的内容构成核心模块；最后，从内容控制、增强出版以及多方支持三个维度剖析注册式研究报告的出版流程。

结果发现，注册式研究报告的产生缘于数据密集型科研范式的发展演进，以及开放科学对研究过程开放性的高度重视，其突出特征是在出版流程中制定了预先注册研究计划的试验注册制度，并采用了数据收集前后两个阶段的同行评议形式。从发展现状来看，注册式研究报告的历年发表数量和所获资助支持不断增加，来源期刊种类和学科覆盖范围不断扩大，已形成一定的学术影响力；从内容构成来看，注册式研究报告突出强调研究假设、研究方法和分析计划等模块的完整性；从出版流程来看，注册式研究报告建立了两次同行评议和TOP准则的内容控制机制，实现了“注册式研究报告+一系列补充材料”的增强出版模式，形成了科研主体协同参与下的多方支持出版。

With the idea of open science, exploring the whole process of scientific research activities to conduct academic exchanges has become a new development trend. Researchers began to try to use a series of materials related to researches, such as scientific data, experimental design, analysis plan and processing analysis as the theoretical support basis, with research results to be packaged to achieve integrated publication, in order to improve the transparency, openness and reliability of scientific research. In this context, registered reports, which is a new publication, came into being and has attracted attention from academic and publishing circles at home and abroad.

This article combines the core concepts and development practices of the Open Science Movement. First, it uses the literature research method to sort out and introduce the research status at home and abroad; secondly, it sorts out the background and development context of the registered report through the network research method, and summarizes the core characteristics and academic value of registered reports; then, this article comprehensively describes the development status of registered reports from the dimensions of publication date, journal, author institution, citation frequency, research topics, and regional distribution; in addition, by comparing the guidelines for submission of registered reports provided by different academic journals, this article summarizes the content composition of registered reports; finally, the publishing process of registered reports is analyzed from three dimensions: content control, enhanced publishing and multi-party support.

It was found that the appearance of registered reports was due to the development and evolution of data-intensive research paradigms, and open science’s great emphasis on the openness of the research process. Its outstanding feature is the establishment of a trial registration system for pre-registered research plans in the publishing process，and adopted the form of two-stage peer review. from the perspective of development status, the number of registered reports published continues to increase, the types of journals and the coverage of disciplines continue to expand, which has formed a certain academic influence; in terms of content composition, registered reports emphasize the completeness of research hypotheses, research methods and analysis plans; from the perspective of the publishing process, the registered report has established two-stage peer review and TOP standards content control mechanism, and realized the enhanced publishing model of "registered report + supplementary materials", which has formed a multi-party supporting publication under the collaborative participation of scientific research.
