目的 通过预实验,设计“植物花粉萌发和花粉管生长的观察”实验来代 替北京师范大学本科生植物生理学实验中的“维生素 C 含量标准曲线绘制— —样品维生素 C 的测定”实验,使其更好地服务于本科生植物生理学实验。 方法 在前期实验基础上,以黄蝉和宫粉羊蹄甲为实验材料,探究膨压、矿质 元素、细胞骨架对于花粉萌发、花粉管生长、花粉管形态的影响。设计指导 方案,通过统计学生实验成功率和消耗时长检测方案的可行性。结果 学生实 验成功率较高,多数学生在 2.5 h 左右完成实验,符合本科生实验课程学时 要求。学生反馈较好,实验可行性较高。结论 将“植物花粉萌发和花粉管生 长的观察”实验纳入植物生理学实验具有较高可行性。 |

Objective Through the preliminary experiment, the experiment of "Observation of plant pollen germination and pollen tube growth" was designed to replace the experiment of "Drawing of vitamin C content standard curve -- determination of sample vitamin C" in the plant physiology experiment of undergraduate course in Beijing Normal University, so as to better serve the plant physiology experiment of undergraduate students. Methods On the basis of previous experiments, the effects of turgor pressure, mineral elements and cytoskeleton on pollen germination, pollen tube growth and pollen tube morphology were investigated by taking Allamanda schottii Pohl and Bauhinia variegate L. as experimental materials. Design the guidance scheme, and test the feasibility of the scheme by statistics of students' experiment success rate and consumption time.Results The success rate of the experiment was high, and most of the students completed the experiment in about two and half hours, which meet the requirement of undergraduate experimental course. The students' feedback is good, and the experimental feasibility is high. Conclusion It is highly feasible to incorporate the experiment of "observation of pollen germination and pollen tube growth" into plant physiology experiment. |
