新时代高校青年学生精神成人教育可理解为在新时代境遇下通过施以适当地教育,使高校青年学生在学习必备专业理论知识的同时,其情感、道德、思维、意志、理想、信念等精神维度构成要素的发展亦达到“成人”的特定化标准,能够在为人处世、待人接物方面形成成熟稳定的人格气质,从而能够独立地作为社会性主体生存与发展,成为具有精神追求并实现自身全面发展的时代新人。目前各高校为了促进青年学生的精神成长发展采取了相应的教育对策,而在新时代条件下高校青年学生精神发展状况及其教育引导的整体研究来说还相对薄弱,存在概念界定不清、教育内容混沌、目标定位不清、教育效果模糊等问题。本文以“新时代高校青年学生精神成人教育”为研究对象,共分为四个部分:

一是新时代高校青年学生精神成人教育的相关概念分析。探寻新时代高校青年学生精神成人的概念内涵以及辨析其他相关概念,是高校教育者做好精神成人教育工作的重要前提。二是新时代高校青年学生精神成人教育的理论渊源。梳理古今中外思想家、教育家、哲学家关于精神成人教育丰厚的思想遗产,尤其是马克思主义思想体系中与青年相关的精神成人教育思想,为新时代针对高校青年学生的精神成人教育提供参考借鉴。三是新时代高校青年学生精神成人的现实把握。探究新时代高校青年学生精神成人教育的现实价值,通过问卷调查分析总结高校青年学生精神成人问题,从社会、学校、家庭、学生多主体角度追溯其成因,进而为精神成人教育路径的择取提供有力的现实依据。四是新时代高校青年学生精神成人教育的推进路径。针对学生精神成人的问题及成因,从社会维度加强精神文明建设树立积极的精神价值追求,从学校角度奉行以人为本的学校精神教育理念,从家庭角度构建良好的家庭文化环境,最重要的是从学生个体方面强化其精神成人的内生动力,进而建构出新时代高校学生精神成人教育的多重推进路径,以助力青年学生成为具有精神追求并能够实现自身全面发展的时代新人。

The spiritual adult education of young students in colleges and universities in the new era can be understood to mean that under the circumstances of the new era, through proper education, educators can make the young students in colleges and universities, while learning the necessary professional theoretical knowledge, the development of their emotion, morality, thinking, will, ideals, faith and other spiritual dimensions can also reach the specific standard of "adult", they can form mature and stable personality temperament in conducting themselves and handling things around and treating people and receiving things, thus they are able to survive and grow independently as social subjects, and become the new generation with spiritual pursuit and comprehensive development. At present, in order to promote the spiritual growth and development of young students, colleges and universities have adopted corresponding educational countermeasures, however, in the new era, the overall research on the spiritual development of young college students and their educational guidance is still relatively weak, there are some problems such as unclear definition of concept, unclear content of education, unclear orientation of goal, vague effect of education and so on. Therefore, this paper takes "the spiritual adult education of young college students in the new era " as the research object, which is divided into four parts:

The first is the concept analysis of the spiritual adult education of young college students in the new era. Understanding the specific concept of the spiritual adult of young college students in the new era and distinguish other related concepts can be the important premises for college educators to do a good job in spiritual adult education. The second is the theoretical origin of the mental adult education of young college students in the new era. Combing the rich ideological heritage of thinkers, educators and philosophers at all times and in all over the world on spiritual adult education, especially the concept of spiritual adult education related to youth in the Marxist ideological system,  and it can provide effective reference for the spiritual adult of young college students in the new era. The third is the actual grasp of the spiritual adult of young college students in the new era. Exploring the realistic value of the spiritual adult education of young college students in the new era, analyzing and summarize the spiritual adult problems of young college students in the questionnaire survey, tracing its causes from the perspective of society, school, family and students, which can provide strong practical bases for the choice of spiritual adult education paths. The fourth is the way to improve the spiritual adult education of young college students in the new era. In view of the problems and causes of students' spiritual adulthood, establish a positive spiritual value pursuit through socialist spiritual civilization construction in the social dimension, uphold the people-oriented school spirit education concept from the school perspective, build a good family cultural environment in the family, and the most important thing is to strengthen the endogenous motivation for students to become spiritual adults, further, we can construct a multi-advancement path of college students' spirit adult education in the new era, and help young students become the new generation with spiritual pursuit and they can achieve their own comprehensive development.
