目的:本研究基于ADDIE 教学设计模型,从设计、分析、开发、实施、评 价五个阶段具体阐述体育舞蹈慕课的研发与实践过程,为其他体育类慕课的研发、 建设提供借鉴。同时,为科学合理地进行慕课平台管理提供案例与启示,为传播 体育舞蹈文化,实现教育资源共享进行有益尝试。 方法:本研究通过文献分析法、逻辑分析法,将ADDIE 模型五个阶段运用 到体育舞蹈慕课具体的研发与实践中,确保课程整体规范性。通过专家访谈法, 从体育教学视角出发,将体育舞蹈学科性质与慕课特性相结合。最后,通过数理 统计法,依托中国大学慕课平台,对体育舞蹈慕课在线课程数据进行统计,进行 体育舞蹈慕课学情的分析、总结、反思与评价。 结果:1、课程分析阶段:体育舞蹈本身具有健身健心等多种功能,体育舞 蹈慕课是“互联网”+“体育教育”的产物,学习者只要处于互联网覆盖下,全体社 会人员均可参与其中,体育舞蹈慕课的研发符合时代发展的需求。2、课程设计 阶段:以促进健康为目标,遵循体育舞蹈学科性质等相关原则,体育舞蹈慕课课 程的设计具有全新的理念、全新的视角、全新的体验、全面的内容、全民的参与 的特点。3、课程开发阶段:通过体育舞蹈慕课脚本的撰写,体育舞蹈慕课教学 视频的前期拍摄、后期制作及其他课件的编制等工作,将体育舞蹈慕课分析与设 计阶段的蓝图进行创建。4、课程实施阶段:体育舞蹈慕课依托中国大学MOOC 平台,进行体育舞蹈教学资源的发布,除数字化资源外,还包括体育舞蹈慕课测 试题目、讨论区的设置、发布、管理与运营等。5、课程评估阶段:通过对中国 大学慕课体育舞蹈课程后台相关数据分析统计发现,体育舞蹈慕课参与人数共近 4000 人,日参与人数波动上升,日退课人数保持在6 人以及下,体育舞蹈慕课 随堂讨论与随堂测试参与人数逐日递增。参与考核的学习者共计566 人,其中获 得优秀人员、合格人员、不合格人员分别占总人数的19%、39%、41%。 III 结论:1、体育舞蹈课程充分利用慕课时代的优势,体育舞蹈慕课的建成实 现了互联网+体育教育的结合。2、体育舞蹈慕课研发与实践为推进体育教学改革, 实现体育教育资源共享进行了有益尝试。3、体育舞蹈慕课研发与实践过程为体 育舞蹈慕课在未来的不断修缮与发展提供了启示与借鉴。如不断增加课程自身吸 引力、拓宽体育舞蹈慕课的传播渠道、增强宣传力度、完善课程评分机制等,使 体育舞蹈慕课在后期能够更好地服务社会大众。4、体育学科特性又决定了慕课 不可能从根本上代替传统课堂,在理性定位后再看体育慕课教学的前景,既要利 用慕课时代优势,顺势而行,更需要对体育类慕课所面临的处境做好充分的准备, 推进体育教学改革,实现教学效益的最大化。

Objective: Based on the ADDIE instructional design model, this study will elaborates the reserch and practice process of the DanceSport MOOC from five stages of analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation, and provides reference for the research and development of other sports classes. At the same time, it provides case and enlightenment for the scientific and rational management of the platform of the MOOC, and makes a useful attempt to spread the DanceSport culture and realize the sharing of educational resources. Method: This study applies the five stages of the ADDIE model to specific research and development and practice of the DanceSport MOOC through literature analysis and logic analysis to ensure the overall standardization of the course. Through the expert interview method, from the perspective of physical education, the nature of DanceSport and the characteristics of the MOOC are combined. Finally, through the mathematical statistics method, relying on the platform of the Chinese university MOOC, the statistics of the online course data of the sports dance class are carried out, and the analysis, summary, reflection and evaluation of the DanceSport course are carried out. Results: 1. Analysis stage: DanceSport itself has many functions such as fitness and health. DanceSport MOOC is a product of “Internet” + “sports education”. As long as the learners are under the cover of the Internet, all social workers can participate in it. The research and development of DanceSport MOOC is in line with the needs of the times. 2. Design stage: With the goal of promoting health and following the relevant principles of the nature of DanceSport, the design of the DanceSport MOOC course has a new concept, a new perspective, a new experience, comprehensive content, and the participation of the whole people. 3. Development stage: Through the writing of the DanceSport MOOC script, the pre-shooting of the s DanceSport MOOC teaching video, post-production and other courseware preparation, the blueprint of the analysis and V design stage of the DanceSport MOOC will be created. 4. Implementation stage: DanceSportMutu relies on the MOOC platform of Chinese University to publish the DanceSport teaching resources. In addition to digital resources, it also includes DanceSport exam questions, discussion area setting, release, management and operation. 5. Evaluation stage: Through the analysis of the relevant data of the backstage DanceSport course of Chinese University, it is found that the number of participants in the sports dance class is nearly 4,000, the number of participants in the day fluctuates, and the number of students who leave the class is kept at 6 and below. The number of participants in the dance class discussion and the classroom test increased day by day. The learners who participated in the assessment attacked 566 people, among which the outstanding, qualified and unqualified personnel accounted for 19%, 39% and 41% respectively of the total number. Conclusion: 1. The DanceSport course makes full use of the advantages of the MOOC era. The completion of the sports dance class has realized the combination of Internet + physical education. 2. Research and practice of DanceSport MOOC has made a useful attempt to promote the reform of physical education and realize the sharing of physical education resources. 3. The development and practice of DanceSport and motto provides an inspiration for the future development and development of DanceSport. Learn from.
