随着时代的发展,由不同的人形成的团队的重要性越来越凸显,团队成员在其中掌握着不同的能力,有着不一样的个性,发挥着不同的作用,为团队的每次项目成功带来了很重要的作用。其中,有些因素会直接或间接的影响团队合作,团队断层成为近年来日益凸显的一个重要影响因素。
同时,团队失败作为一个在团队中出现的负面的结果,往往也是研究关注的热点。究竟什么样的因素导致了团队失败,又是什么因素促进了失败后的学习——这两个问题一直被研究者密切关注。
本文将在有关研究分析的基础上,运用大量相关案例进行基于扎根理论的质性分析,以团队断层作为自变量,团队成员的失败学习行为作为因变量建立相关理论模型。通过实证分析,从团队层面着眼,得到相关的逻辑与关系,对于以后项目型团队的组合、断层调节以及改善提出相关的建议。

With the development of the era, the importance of teams formed by different people becomes more and more prominent.Team members have different abilities, different personalities and play different roles, which play a very important role in the success of each project of the team. Among them, some factors will directly or indirectly affect team cooperation, and team fault has become an increasingly prominent factor in recent years. At the same time, team failure, as a negative result in the team, is often the focus of research. Exactly what factors lead to team failure and what factors promote learning after failure -- these two issues have been closely studied by researchers. On the basis of relevant research and analysis, this paper will conduct a qualitative analysis based on grounded theory with a large number of relevant cases, and establish relevant theoretical models with team fault as the independent variable and team members' failure learning behavior as the dependent variable. Through empirical analysis, from the perspective of the team level, the relevant logic and relationship are obtained, and relevant Suggestions are put forward for the combination, fault adjustment and improvement of future project-based teams.
