党的二十大报告指出教育是以中国式现代化全面推动中华民族伟大复兴的基础性、战略性支撑。实现以中国式现代化全面推动中华民族伟大复兴，最关键的在于党的领导，最根本的在于党的事业后继有人。新时代高校党组织育人是高校高质量党建的重要内容，是高校思想政治工作创新发展的重要领域。本研究着眼以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴对高校党组织建设的内在要求，聚焦高校立德树人根本任务与培育时代新人的时代课题，回应高校党的建设与人才培养的现实问题，从高校党组织育人视角思考培育塑造新时代好青年的理论与实践创新，丰富新时代社会主义人才培育规律研究，拓展高校党建和思想政治教育深度融合的方法路径研究。
    本研究以马克思主义经典作家关于无产阶级政党建设和人才培育的思想观点和中国共产党领导人关于社会主义高等教育和人才培育的思想观点为理论依据，特别是以习近平总书记关于高校党组织建设和党组织育人重要论述为理论指导，梳理总结了新时代高校党组织育人的主要成效、主要经验，分析研判新时代高校党组织育人的现实问题和主要挑战；以习近平总书记关于党的政治纯洁性建设重要论述为引领，提出新时代高校党组织育人创新发展的实践与思考；从新时代全面从严治党背景下高校党支部建设、全面从严治党与高校文化建设、反腐败斗争成就与育人启示、全面从严治党与党组织育人展望等方面总结新时代高校全面从严治党与党组织育人的创新实践，对全面从严治党背景下高校党组织育人发展提出展望，为推动新时代高校党组织育人质量提升提供参考。高校党组织育人既是高校人才培养全链条育人中党组织治理体系与人才培养体系一体化构建的生动体现，也是加强党对高校全面领导、推动党建思想政治工作与人才培养工作深度融合的生动写照。今后高校党组织育人理论和实践发展要加强对高校党组织育人的基础理论研究，要加强党员教育管理服务与培育新时代好青年的逻辑关系研究，要在高校治理体系和治理能力现代化的背景下深化高校党组织育人研究，要在以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴和党的事业后继有人更加广阔历史视野中深化高校党组织育人研究，还要加强高校党组织育人评价研究，为深化新时代社会主义人才培养规律把握，提升新时代高校人才培养的针对性和实效性提供方案。

    The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC) points out that education is the basic and strategic support for Chinese modernization to promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in an all-around way. The key to embracing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in all aspects through a Chinese path to modernization resides in the CPC's leadership. The most fundamental thing is a steady supply of candidates for the CPC’s cause. CPC organization education in colleges and universities in the new era is an important content of high-quality Party building and an important field for the innovation and development of ideological and political work in colleges and universities. This study focuses on the intrinsic requirements of the building of CPC organizations in colleges and universities to embrace the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation on all fronts through a Chinese path to modernization, focuses on the topics of the fundamental task of building strong moral character and cultivating new talents of the times in colleges and universities, responds to the practical problems of CPC building and talent training in colleges and universities. Besides, this study considers the theoretical and practical innovation of cultivating and shaping good youth in the new era from the perspective of CPC organization education in colleges and universities, which enriches the research on the law of cultivating socialist talents in the new era, and expands the research on the method and path of the deep integration of CPC building and ideological and political education in colleges and universities.

    Based on the ideas of Authors of Marxist classics on proletarian CPC building and talent cultivation, and the ideas of CPC leaders on socialist higher education and talent cultivation, especially the important remarks of the building of CPC organizations in colleges and universities and CPC organization education by General Secretary Xi Jinping, this study sorts out and summarizes the main achievements and experiences of CPC organization education in colleges and universities in the new era, and analyzes and judges the practical problems and major challenges of it. Guided by the important statement of General Secretary Xi Jinping on the construction of the CPC 's political purity, this study puts forward the practice and thinking of the innovative development of CPC organization education in colleges and universities in the new era. In the future, the development of the theory and practice of CPC organization education in colleges and universities should strengthen the basic theoretical research of party organization education, the research of the logical relationship between services of the education and management of party members, and the cultivation of good youth in the new era, and deepen the research of party organization education in colleges and universities in the context of the modernization of university governance system and governance capacity. Furthermore, we need to deepen the research on the CPC organization education in colleges and universities from a broader historical perspective of embracing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation on all fronts through a Chinese path to modernization and having a steady supply of candidates for the CPC’s cause, and also strengthen the research on the evaluation of CPC organization education in colleges and universities, so as to provide solutions for deepening the understanding of the laws of socialist talent training in the new era and improving the pertinence and effectiveness of talent training in colleges and universities in the new era.
