近年来，随着经济全球化以及“走出去”战略和“一带一路”建设的实施，中国对外直接投资(OFDI)快速发展，但也面临一些困难和挑战。文化差异正是挑战之一，因此促进文化传播对推进中国海外投资有重要意义。本文从教育交流和文化贸易两个角度考察中国文化海外传播对中国对外直接投资的影响。本研究基于2006年至2017年中国国家层面的OFDI流量数据，以及孔子学院、来华留学生、来华入境游客以及中国文化产品出口的对应数据，采用主成分分析法分别整合出以教育形式文化传播与以贸易形式文化传播的主成分因子，并进行回归。结果发现，中国文化海外传播的两种形式均对于中国OFDI有显著促进作用。

In recent years, with the implementation of economic globalization and the "Going Global" and "One Belt One Road" strategies, China's outward direct investment (OFDI) has developed rapidly, but it has also faced some difficulties and challenges. Cultural differences are one of the challenges, so the promotion of cultural dissemination is of great significance to the promotion of China's overseas investment. This article examines the influence of Chinese cultural overseas communication on China's foreign direct investment from the perspectives of educational exchanges and cultural trade. This research is based on China's national OFDI flow data from 2006 to 2017, as well as the corresponding data of Confucius Institutes, international students in China, inbound tourists to China, and Chinese cultural product exports. The principal component analysis method is used to integrate principal component factors cultural communication in the form of education and in the form of cultural trade. Then regression analysis is conducted. It turns out that both forms of overseas dissemination of Chinese culture have a significant role in promoting Chinese OFDI.
