      微课是现代信息技术下的新型教学方式之一,本研究的微课分为课前及课后的微课,课前的微课传授新知识;课中“跟踪”拍摄学生练习视频,课后及时针对每个人发放点评,关注学生学习过程。将微课引入高校游泳初级教学,开辟了高校游泳微课的新道路;传统教学方式与微课合理结合,旨在丰富教学方法,提高教学质量。运用教学实验法检验微课对学生游泳课程学习兴趣、游泳课程学习态度以及游泳技能水平进行研究,为微课在改进和提升高校游泳教学质量提供参考。
      运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、德尔菲法、教学实验法等方法对国内外研究现状、微课的设计与制作、实施过程及教学效果的检验分析等进行了研究。本研究中的微课属于技术教学类,根据学校游泳初级课程教学大纲、参考教材及德尔菲法专家征询意见确定了微课教学内容;经过后期拍摄与制作最终完成微课,并在课前知识传递、课中知识内化、课后及时反馈三个阶段实施。通过德尔菲法三轮专家征询意见确定游泳初级课程技能评价指标内容,运用教学实验法(双盲实验)检验微课在游泳学习兴趣、游泳课学习态度及游泳技能测试上与传统教学方式教学效果的差异,论证了微课在高校游泳初级教学中的应用价值,教学实验结果表明:
    (1)微课有效提升了学生游泳技能学习和课余游泳活动方面的兴趣,提高了学生游泳技术水平的掌握程度、学习积极性,丰富了课余生活;(2)微课有效改善了学生的游泳学习方式。学生通过微课的学习,节约了课中消化理解新知识的时间,且有足够的独立思考时间,教师很快进入指导环节,提升教学效率;(3)微课有效提高了学生游泳技术水平,学生对技术动作有了视觉上的认知,使其更加标准规范化;(4)学生微课学习方式的有效反馈:微课有助于提升学生游泳学习自信心,对每次课的学习目标、技术动作要点及重难点更加明确;选择适合自己的观看学习次数,自行掌握学习节奏,尊重了学生的个体差异性;微课有助于学生在实际练习中改善技术动作,提高游泳自学能力和学习效率。

外文摘要:

     Micro-lesson is one of the new teaching methods under modern information technology. The micro-lesson in this study is divided into pre-class and after-class micro-lesson. The pre-class micro-lesson imparts new knowledge. In class, we "track" and shoot students' practice videos. After class, we send comments to everyone in time and pay attention to students' learning process. The introduction of micro-lesson into primary swimming teaching in colleges and universities opens up a new way of micro-swimming lesson in colleges and universities. The reasonable combination of traditional teaching methods and micro-lessons aims to enrich teaching methods and improve teaching quality. The teaching experiment method is used to test the learning interest, learning attitude and swimming skill level of students in the micro lesson, so as to provide reference for improving and enhancing the quality of swimming teaching in colleges and universities.

     This paper studies the research status at home and abroad, the design and production of micro-lessons, the implementation process and the inspection and analysis of teaching effects by using the methods of literature, questionnaire, Delphi and teaching experiment. The micro lesson in this study belongs to the technical teaching category, and the teaching content of the micro lesson is determined according to the teaching syllabus of primary swimming course in the school, reference textbooks and the opinions of Delphi experts. After post-filming and production, the micro lesson is finally completed, and implemented in three stages: knowledge transfer before class, knowledge internalization in class and timely feedback after class. Determined by Delphi method, three rounds of expert consultation swimming beginner's class skills assessment content, using the method of teaching experiment lesson (double blind experiment) testing micro swimming in interest in learning swimming, swimming lessons learning attitude and skills test and the traditional teaching methods, teaching effect difference demonstrates the micro lesson in application value of the primary swimming teaching in colleges and universities, teaching experiment results show that:
     (1) Micro lessons effectively improve students' interest in swimming skills and extracurricular swimming activities, improve their mastery of swimming skills and learning enthusiasm, and enrich their extracurricular life; (2) Micro-class effectively improves students' swimming learning style. Through micro-class learning, students can save the time for digesting and understanding new knowledge in class and have enough time for independent thinking. Teachers can quickly enter the guidance link and improve teaching efficiency. (3) The micro class effectively improves the students' swimming skills, and students have a visual cognition of technical movements, which makes them more standard and standardized; (4) Effective feedback on students' learning methods of micro-lessons: micro-lessons help improve students' confidence in swimming learning, and make them more clear about the learning objectives, technical action points, and key and difficult points of each lesson; Choose a suitable number of watching and learning, master the pace of learning, respect the individual differences of students; Micro class can help students improve their technical movements in practice and improve their self-learning ability and learning efficiency in swimming.
