本文在心理地图和学习理论的基础上，通过对北京师范大学、华东师范大学、陕西师范大学在读及已就业的地理免费师范生的问卷调查，了解师范生区域心理地图构建情况，分析区域心理地图构建的必要性，并对构建区域心理地图的有效方式——手绘区域图的训练提出建议。调查表明师范生虽然清楚地认识到构建区域心理地图的重要性，但关于区域地理位置、轮廓和区域地理要素的构建现状并不是很好。手绘区域图在课内和课外训练较少，建议将课程训练与课后练习有机结合，分主题分年级开展。

This paper describes the basis of domestic and international research on the metal map and learning theory, conducts a survey to reading and normal students have employment of Beijing Normal University, East China Normal University, Shaanxi Normal University, to understand the present situation of mental map of normal students, analyze necessity of building mental map, then, put forward some suggestions to the training of freehand regional mental map which is effective to building mental map. The survey shows that although normal students clearly recognize the importance of building regional mental map, they are not good at regional location, profile, and geographical elements. They have little training of hand-drawn regional mental map in the area of curricular and extracurricular. So, this paper suggests that the training and afterschool programs combine exercise, carried out subthemes of the grade.
