放眼世界,越来越多的企业开始关注人力资源,只有用好人力才能使企业屹立于强手如林的经济全球化浪潮中。而对于人力资源的运用于开发,因人而异,所以需要不同的方法解决不同的个人激励问题,以达到将人力资源充分发挥与施展的目的,借由此而不断壮大企业自身。本文采用文献综述的方法收集资料,第一部分论述激励方式的种类,第二部分比较中西方传统差异,第三部分论述领导鉴于差异的情况下对激励方式的选择,体现领导者的才干。理论意义在于是对激励方式的简单汇总,对于领导日常工作有指导意义,而实践意义则是在实际的企业运作中,对于激励方式的选择有据可依。

Takes a broad view at the world, more and more enterprises start to pay attention to the human resources, only then can cause the enterprise with the good person strength to stand erect in the skilled person like forest economic globalization tide. But regarding human resources' utilization in the development, which is different from person to person, therefore it needs the different method solution, different individual drive question, to achieve the human resources full display with the goal which displays, taking advantage of from this and expands unceasingly enterprise oneself. This article uses the method collection material which the literature summarizes, the first part of elaboration drive way's type, in the second part of comparison of Western tradition’s difference, the third part of elaboration leadership in view of the fact that in the difference situation to drove that the way the choice, manifests leader's talent. The theory significance lies in which is to drove that the way simple compiling, has the guiding sense regarding the leader routine work, but practices the significance is in the actual enterprise operation, has regarding the drive way's choice according to may depend on.
