军事化管理在中等职业学校中的运用，是一种有特色的管理方式，是一种注重学生行为培养的管理模式，同时也是一种学校管理方式的创新。军事化管理主要从微观上对中等职业学校学生的行为、生活等方面的教育，通过严格的纪律约束，创造一个良好的学习和生活环境，也是为中等职业学校学生的全面发展构建一个强化职业素质的平台。本研究以郑州国防科技学校的成功经验为个案来论证。本研究首先论述了军事化管理及其相关概念的界定；然后对中等职业学校引入军事化管理的必要性和可能性进行分析；同时对中等职业学校实施军事化管理的途径和“军校一日”的具体管理学生行为的过程进行论证；最后对中等职业学校实施军事化管理的效果和存在的问题及对策进行分析论证。

Applying the militarized administration in middle vocational school is an innovation for traditional school management. Militarized administration is a peculiar way of administration. It attaches great importance to the cultivation of students’ behaviors. It mainly educates students on their behaviors, life etc in a microcosmic view. Through the strict discipline, it makes a good atmosphere for students’ study and life. It also provides a base to strengthen their vocational competence, for the all-around development of students in middle vocational schools. This study takes the case of Zhengzhou National Defence and Science-technology School. This study firstly defines the militarized administration and some relevent concepts, and summarizes the militarized administration. Meanwhile, it analyses the necessity and probability of applying militarized administration to middle vocational schools. It argues the approaches of implementing this management, and the concrete process of management for students’ behaviors from “the Daily Life in a Military School”. Then, it demonstrates the effects of applying this management, analyzes the existing problems, and bring forward the countermeasures.
