体能游戏作为辅助体育教学的一种方法手段，以促进人的全面发展为目的，按照一定规律进行的具有达成体育教学目的的游戏活动。体能游戏内容丰富，形式多样，有效激发学生体育运动兴趣，强健身体，提高体能，开发智力，掌握运动技术能力，提高学生对社会的适应能力等功能，是一项集思想与综合能力为一体的的集体项目，深受学生的喜爱。体能游戏在学校田径教学中发挥重要的作用，将体能游戏合理科学的运用到高中体育教学中，对提高学生身体素质，强健学生身体能力，培养学生坚强的意志品质，促进学生德、智、体、美身心全面发展有显著的教学效果。 本文采用问卷调查法、访谈法、文献资料法、统计法等多种研究法，挑选北京西藏中学的学生作为研究对象对西藏中学教学中体能游戏运用情况进一步观察及调查，并对调查结果进行分析与研究，为的是发现高中体育田径教学中体能游戏运用过程中存在的一些问题， 进而分析、探讨相关的对策和建议。

Sports game is an assistant means in physical education teaching and a supplement to the teaching content. It is a regular and educational game with physical exercise as the basic means, integrating physical development, intellectual development and physical and mental entertainment for the purpose of effectively promoting the all-round development of human beings. Sports games are rich in content and diverse in form. They have the functions of stimulating sports interest, exercising physical fitness, developing intelligence, enhancing sports technical skills and improving social adaptability. They are a collective sport with strong ideological and comprehensive skills and are popular with teenagers. Sports games play a very important role in high school physical education teaching. Applying them scientifically and reasonably to high school physical education teaching is a beneficial means and method for cultivating high school students'will quality, developing their physical quality and promoting their all-round physical and mental development. This article will select Beijing Tibet Middle School as the research object, and use many research methods, such as documentation, questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics, to investigate the application of sports games in Tibet Middle School teaching, and make a comprehensive and profound analysis and Research on the results of the survey, aiming at finding out some problems in the application of sports games in middle school sports track and field teaching. Then it analyses and discusses the relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
