本文主要研究了无线AP和嵌入式系统,设计出了基于嵌入式ARM平台的无线AP方案。由于Linux的开源性,研究时采用嵌入式Linux系统作为软件平台,大大减少了AP开发的工作量。硬件平台选择AT91SAM9260开发板为主控模块,外接WIFI模块组成了AP的主要部件。最终利用软件和驱动程序实现了一种无线AP,它具有一个RJ45网线接口和一个无线接口,有线接口用于连接路由器,无线接口用于形成无线网的覆盖。本文最后测试了该方案设计的AP的性能,验证其基本功能,也提出了改进的方向。

Wireless AP and Embedded System are mainly studied in this thesis, a wireless AP based on embedded ARM platform is designed. Due to the open source code of Linux system, embedded Linux is used as the platform to greatly reduce the work of wireless AP development. A kind of wireless AP which consists of a AT91SAM9260 demoboard, a WIFI module, software and drivers has been implemented. It has two interfaces, one is the cable kind, which can communicate with a router. The other is the wireless kind, which contributes to the formation of wireless network. At the end of the thesis, the designed AP has been tested to confirm its functions, and the improvement has also been covered.
