随着改革开放，经济制度的改革，城市的金融业在不断的发展。自从上海在1986年提出建设金融中心城市后，越来越多的城市提出了建设金融中心城市，形成了热潮。那么在这个热潮下这些城市是什么时候进行定位的呢？又是什么样的定位呢？带着这些疑问,在这样的背景下进行探究。 本文通过CDI·CFCI的指数和政府分布的文件选定研究的主要城市。搜集统计年鉴、政策文件、官方网站上的数据（相关城市的定位时间和定位目标）制成图表进行分析，分析这股热潮。 本文通过图表直接清晰反映热潮的扩散时间、热潮中城市的定位。分析出了影响城市定位时间早晚，定位变化的因素。并且分析出在这股热潮的扩散中存在区域竞争。本文还在区域竞争的视角下分析出了金融中心城市的发展具有一定的盲目性。 本文的工作中也存在不足，主要是在三个方面:数据的获取有一定困难性、精确度不够高、文献的翻译使文献的解读不够准确。

With the reform and opening, the reform of economic system，the city's financial sector is constantly developing. Since the Shanghai put forward the construction of financial center city in 1986，more and more cities put forward the construction of financial center, formed the upsurge. So when these cities were positioned? What kind of position about these cities? so we are on the basis of these questions to explore. This article selected research's main city by CDI. CFCI distribution index and government file .Collecting statistical yearbook, policy documents, web site data (the city positioning time and positioning target) to make charts and anaylsis the upsurge. This paper directly reflect the diffusion time of the upsurge and positiong target by chart.Analysis the factors of influencing urban positioning time sooner or later and changing the position. There are regional competition in the upsurge spread. This paper also analysis out of the development of the financial center city has certain blindness. It can be found deficiency in the work of this paper, mainly in three aspects:data acquisition has the certain difficulty;accuracy is not high; the literature translation makes the interpretation of literature are not accurate enough.
