对AMPA受体的研究是神经生物学的热点问题,AMPA受体是人体中枢神经系统中重要的快速兴奋性神经信号传递中必须的特异性受体,对它的研究已历经近三十年,有了很多重大突破,但还存在一些未知的领域。AMPA受体在突触后膜细胞上如何迁移运动是一项十分复杂但又意义重大的研究工作。已知AMPA受体会在突触后膜的三个区域之间跃迁,且跃迁的频率与环境中钙离子的浓度密切相关。本文先探究AMPA受体在神经细胞中三个区域的数目与它在三个区域之间跃迁的概率之间的关系,接着研究钙离子浓度和受体跃迁概率之间的关系,接着综合前两步的结论,建立钙离子浓度和受体数目变化的动态变化模型。最后依据模型得出的结论分析今后对AMPA受体研究领域进一步实验的建议,并对特殊人群的生活方式提出一些实用性的意见。

The study of AMPA receptors is a hot topic in neurobiology. AMPA receptor is an important receptor in the central nervous system of the human body. Research on it has been going on for nearly thirty years, with many breakthroughs, but there are still some unknown areas. The migration of AMPA receptors on postsynaptic membrane cells is a very complicated but significant research work. AMPA is known to experience transitions between three regions of the postsynaptic membrane, and the frequency of transition is closely related to the concentration of calcium ions in the environment. This paper first explores the relationship between the number of AMPA receptors in three regions of the nerve cells and the probability of its transition between three regions, and then studies the relationship between the concentration of calcium ions and the probability of the transition of the receptor, then the conclusion of the first two steps to establish a dynamic change model of the changes in the concentration of calcium ions and the number of the receptors. Finally, based on the conclusion of the model, the suggestions for further experiments in the field of AMPA receptor research are analyzed, and some practical opinions on the lifestyle of special people are put forward.
