我国教育部部长袁贵仁在教育部2010年度工作会议上提出,“教书育人是一项专业性、探索性、创造性极强的工作,教育者必须具有高度的使命感、责任心。”作为培养教师的摇篮,我国高等师范院为全国各地不同层次的教学单位输送了大量优秀人才。但目前我国高等师范教育中仍然存在不少问题,一些本科生,尤其是师范生毕业后工作能力受到质疑,发展遇到障碍。纵观我国高师院校的培养过程,教育实习是师范生在校学习和走向未来工作岗位之间的衔接与过渡,合理、优化的教育实习安排和组织对于师范生毕业后的工作有着举足轻重的作用。许多实习教师抱怨:进入学校开始正式教学的时候会遇到很到多在职前教师教育中没有对此做好充分准备的问题情境。目前关于教育实习的研究,以介绍性、描述性文章居多,开展深入分析的较少,揭示出的问题及提出的改进建议层面较高且泛,可操作性较低。本研究的主要目的是针对这些存在的问题,以CIPP评估模型为基础,结合问卷调查、深度访谈等多种研究方法,结合实例揭示出北京师范大学教育实习现状及主要存在的问题,本研究主要工作有以下几个部分:第一,以教师成长及教师专业化发展为背景,以斯塔弗宾的CIPP评估模型为基础对教育实习过程的不同阶段进行详细分析,系统地梳理北京师范大学本科师范生(非免费师范生)目前教育实习组织开展情况进行。第二,通过对北京师范大学文学院、物理学院、化学院和教育学部教育技术学院参加教育实习的102名2006级本科生进行的问卷调查,并结合对多类不同对象的深度访谈,分析教育实习过程中存在的问题,并从高师院校与实习生自身这两个方面分析影响教育实习效果的主要因素。最后,从高师院校与实习生自身提出改进教育实习效果的可操作性建议。研究最终分析认为高师院校教育实习在教育实习时间安排、实习评价、院系指导教师、对教育技术手段的运用方面存在主要问题;揭示从高师院校和实习生自身角度影响教育实习效果的关键要素,并相应地从这两个角度提出改进教育实习的可操作性建议。从高师院校角度讲:应注重实习前的准备;改变实习时间段的安排;分类制定并细化实习目标;强化考核与评价制度等。从实习生自身角度:平时加强锻炼;实习过程中提高自我要求;积极、主动通过多种渠道交流、学习。对教育实习过程详细的分析及提出改进建议有利于高师院校培养工作的顺利开展,有利于毕业生提高自己的竞争力,同时也有利于用人单位选拔人才,提高教研水平。

Yuan Guiren, the Minister of Education in China, proposed that Teaching is a kind of professional, explosive and creative work. Educators must have a high sense of mission and responsibility. As the cradle of teachers, Higher Normal Universities have already sent many qualified graduates to different levels of education organizations. But, absolutely, at the same time, we should also realize a reality, that is, there are still so many problems in the processes of the teacher training which lead to after graduating form high school, the undergraduates or the new comers in the school are being questioned, they are doubted with not enough capability to do the work well, then, it’ll influence their development. In the training process in Normal University, student teaching is the transition and combination of their school learning and the future job, rational arrangement and organization for the student teaching play a decisive role after the graduation of the students in Normal School. Many intern students complained, they would came across many problems and situations when they began to be a real teacher, which they hadn’t prepare well and never met when they were in the before education.The recent researches about student teaching are mainly descriptive and introductive, less are deeply analysis, the appeal problems are extensive, and responding suggestions are of low-operative. This research is based on CIPP model, uses questionnaire and in-depth interview and other research methods to reveal the situations and problems of Beijing Normal University.The following two parts are constituted of this research:Research one is based on the theories of teacher mature and teacher professional development. It uses CIPP model to analyze different stages in the student teaching process with CIPP Evaluation Model as a clue. It aims to show the recent situations of students, who participate in the student teaching in Beijing Normal University.In research two, there are some questionnaire surveys about the student teachers, which participated in the student teaching of the year 2009. There are 102 students joined the survey, who are from the Literature Department, Chemistry Department, Physics Department and the Educational Technology Department; there are interviews about some of the excellent students and the normal one, besides, there are some interviews about the instruct teachers in different departments, and some teachers in elementary school in Beijing. Finally, it concludes the problems about student teaching and major factors which influence the effects of the student teaching. The factors are mainly from two aspects, the Higher Normal University and the student teachers themselves.At last, give operational suggestions from two respects, Normal University and the student teachers.Through analysis, the research concludes the problems now are mainly in: time arrangement, evaluation, the guide teachers in departments of university and the use of educational technology. Then, it reveals the key factors that can influence the effects of the student teaching from two aspects, university and student teachers. From the first one, it should pay attention to the preparation; change the arrangement of the time; classify and elaborate the objectives; strengthen the assessment and evaluation institution. From the latter, they should pay attention to the usual learning, talk and learn from others actively and initiatively. These suggestions are better for the work of culturing go well in university, the students be more competitive, and, also, choose talented persons and improve their teaching level.
