近年来，电子游戏经历了从“精神鸦片”到“第九艺术”的转变，《王者荣耀》作为现象级爆火的电子游戏，颇具代表性，而青年群体正是助力电子游戏蓬勃发展的主力军。本研究采用扎根理论，对15位受访者进行半结构化访谈，通过三级编码构建出“游戏中传统文化元素对青年群体文化认同的影响”典型关系结构模型。本研究受语义三角理论的启发，将模型分为“符号”“行为”“作用”三个模块。从模型可见，“人物设定、皮肤设计、场景设计、衍生符号”这四类符号均对青年群体文化认同有积极影响，其中“皮肤设计、场景设计、衍生符号”这三类符号可以深化认知与情感体验，“皮肤设计”符号的质量越高，对文化认同的促进作用越大，价格越高，对文化认同的作用越小。虽然不同符号对文化认同的作用机制有细微区别，但均发挥着“吸引与聚焦”“深化与改变”的作用。研究认为，对于《王者荣耀》等电子游戏自身而言，应当增强人物设定的艺术性，提高皮肤设计的质量，同时注意控制定价，注重场景设计的细节，发挥衍生符号在认知和情感方面的作用。除此以外，应当加强与地方文化的联动，通过举办比赛等方式，增强玩家的情感归属与共鸣；以中华传统文化元素为核心，在传统文化符号中部分融入跨文化元素，降低文化折扣，寻求海外受众喜爱和接受的平衡点。

In recent years, video games have shifted from "spiritual opium" to "the ninth art", with Honor of Kings as a prime example, driven mainly by the young generation. This study interviewed 15 participants, applying grounded theory to create a model showing that how traditional game culture impacts young groups’ cultural identity via three-level coding. Inspired by the semantic triangle theory, this study divides the model into three modules:"symbol", "behavior", and "action". From the model, it can be seen that "character design, skin design, scene design, and derivative symbols" all have a positive impact on the cultural identity of young people. Among them, "skin design, scene design, and derivative symbols" can deepen cognitive and emotional experience. The higher the quality of "skin design" symbols, the greater the promoting effect on cultural identity, while the higher the price, the smaller the effect on cultural identity. Despite varying mechanisms, these symbols all attract, focus, deepen, and change their thoughts and behaviors. The study shows that electronic games like Honor of Kings should enhance character artistry, skin design quality, price control, scene design details, and derivative symbol use. Cooperation with local culture or competitions can strengthen player attachment. Incorporating cross-cultural elements into traditional Chinese symbols can reduce cultural discount and improve overseas appeal.
