《全民健身计划(2021-2025)》发布掀起全民健身热潮,短视频平台为全民健身提供线上场域。在以刘畊宏为代表的健身博主推动下,健身操这一大众化的运动形式得以广泛传播。健身博主和粉丝之间构建的关系具有准社会性,本研究以北京师范大学在读大学生为调查对象,通过文献资料、问卷调查法、访谈法等方式,意在探索短视频平台如何影响大学生的健身操锻炼积极性,健身博主如何通过短视频平台与大学生构建准社会关系,这种准社会交往又如何推动了大学生了解健身操运动、如何促进大学生健身操锻炼的积极性,并得出以下结论:

1.运动博主与粉丝之间通过短视频平台形成了一种准社会交往关系,这种关系的形成,是粉丝主动选择博主的专业领域,并被博主的人格魅力或专业性所吸引的结果。

2.这种准社会交往关系在两方面得到了加深:一方面由于短视频平台为运动博主和粉丝的互动提供平台使得这种准社会交往关系得到了加深,另一方面是短视频平台中粉丝群体互动提供的归属感。

3.通过学习专业知识、运动自律监督、提供情感支持,在短视频平台上粉丝与运动博主的准社会交往提升了大学生群体的健身操运动积极性。

外文摘要:

The release of the National Fitness Plan (2021-2025) has set off a national fitness craze, and the short video platform provides an online arena for national fitness. Thanks to the promotion of fitness bloggers represented by Liu Genghong, calisthenics, a popular form of exercise, has been widely spread. The relationship between fitness bloggers and their fans is a quasi-social relationship. This study takes college students in Beijing Normal University as the investigation objects, and aims to explore how short video platforms affect the aerobics exercise effect of college students through literature, questionnaire, interview and other methods, and how fitness blogger build a quasi-social relationship with college students. How does this kind of quasi-social communication promote college students to understand the aerobics movement and how to promote the effect of college students' aerobics exercise. The research shows that college students form quasi-social communication with media figures in the short video platform. Through the encouragement of media figures and the supervision of fan communities, this communication mode effectively promotes the enthusiasm of college students in aerobics exercise.
