2016年9月“中国学生发展核心素养”研究成果正式发布,此项研究在综合了联合国教科文组织、经合组织、欧盟、美国、英国、芬兰等多个国际性组织与国家的教育目标体系,结合我国的发展和顺应世界教育发展趋势,遴选出符合国家需求和学生发展的核心素养体系。以培养“全面发展的人”为核心,提出文化基础、自主发展、社会参与3大方面,细化为六大素养,分别是人文底蕴、科学精神、学会学习、健康生活、责任担当、实践创新,具体到18个基本要点的素养体系。核心素养是对新时代的发展人作为个体所提出的基本要求,素养中所提及的每一个基本要点,都是需要在教育的过程中逐渐形成,最终形成知识、能力、态度等方面的表现。核心素养的发展需要多学科参与、跨学科整合,最终培养学生应具备的能够适应终身发展和社会需要的必备品格和关键能力。小学舞蹈课程作为美育教育的一部分,帮助学生认识自我,认识世界,发展创造性思维,促进学生德、智、体、美、劳各方面发展。本文所述的舞蹈课程是以北京市海淀区舞蹈课程为例,在实施普及性艺术教育过程中所研究的方法和内容,主要通过“中国学生发展核心素养”框架、课程价值、教学内容、教学方法、教学思路上的改变,论述舞蹈课程与核心素养之间的关联,进而为舞蹈课程落实核心素养中的各个要求提供经验和方法,最终实现在“中国学生发展核心素养”框架引领下,发展普及化小学舞蹈教育。 |

In September 2016, "the Chinese students to develop the core competencies" research results released, the study on the comprehensive, scientific and cultural organization (UNESCO), the organization for economic co-operation and development, the European Union, the United States, England, Finland, and other international organizations and national education target system, combining with the development of our country and adapt to the world education development trend, selected in accordance with national requirements and the system of the core of the development of literacy. With the cultivation of "all-round development" as the core, the paper puts forward three aspects of cultural foundation, independent development and social participation, which are divided into six qualities, namely, cultural foundation, scientific spirit, learning, healthy life, responsibility, practice and innovation, and the accomplishment system of 18 basic points. Core quality is the basic requirement for the development of the new era as an individual. Every basic point mentioned in quality is to be gradually formed in the process of education, and finally form the expression of knowledge, ability, attitude and other aspects. The development of core competencies needs multi-disciplinary participation and interdisciplinary integration, so as to finally cultivate the necessary characters and key abilities that students should have to adapt to lifelong development and social needs. As a part of aesthetic education, dance courses in primary schools help students to know themselves and the world, develop creative thinking, and comprehensively promote students' moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic and labor development. Described in this article the dance course in haidian district of Beijing dance courses, for example, in the process of implementing universal art education research method and content, mainly through "the Chinese students to develop the core competencies" value system, curriculum, teaching content, teaching method, the change of teaching ideas, dance classes and the link between the core competencies, and then to dance classes implement the core accomplishment of each required to provide experience and methods, finally realizes in the "Chinese students to develop the core competencies" system, development of elementary school dance education universalization. |
