研究背景:现代篮球运动比赛的节奏越来越快,从而带来的是运动员之间身体对抗的越来越频繁,在这种激烈对抗的环境中,运动员往往需要保持高度的注意力和高强度的兴奋水平,再加之比赛场内外的环境因素,往往会给运动员带来一定的负面情绪或心理压力,如果不能及时调节紧张情绪、克服心理压力,将会对运动员比赛的发挥造成影响。分析高中运动员竞赛焦虑水平及成因,结合高中篮球运动员的身心特征提出了以注意力训练法缓解社会评价焦虑、以目标训练法缓解竞技水平发挥焦虑、以模拟比赛训练法缓解比赛准备焦虑以及以回忆成功训练法缓解对手实力焦虑等调节竞赛焦虑的对策,希望能对高中篮球运动员更好的缓解竞赛焦虑提供有益参考和借鉴。

研究方法:本文以“文献资料法”、“问卷调查法”、“数理统计法”、“访谈法”为主要研究方法。以黑龙江省大庆市第四高级中学篮球队运动员为研究对象。

研究结果:1)所调查运动员的焦虑心态主要发生在赛前准备阶段以及比赛环境方面;(2)运动员在受对手实力与社会评价方面的焦虑随着年级的增长而减少;(3)运动员在赛前准备方面、赛中发挥方面与面对受伤困扰方面的焦虑与训练时长的增长成反比;(4)后卫运动员产生的焦虑主要来自于能否在比赛过程中正常发挥水平,中锋运动员的焦虑主要受对方实力高低的影响;(5)运动员获得越高的名次,在考虑社会评价方面产生的焦虑越低。

研究结论:高中篮球运动员比赛焦虑会根据运动员的不同年级、不同篮球训练年限、不同位置以及不同比赛名次产生差异,主要原因在于高中篮球运动员由于比赛经验不丰富,容易受到外界因素干扰,并且随着运动员年级的提升以及优秀名次的取得,相应焦虑的水平会有所降低。因此,在高中篮球运动员训练中,运动员和教练员要有意识的通过注意力训练、目标训练、模拟比赛训练以及回忆成功训练等有针对性的调节高中篮球运动员竞赛焦虑。

外文摘要:

Background: The pace of modern basketball competition is getting faster and faster, resulting in more and more frequent physical confrontation between athletes. In this fierce confrontation environment, athletes often need to maintain a high level of attention and high-intensity excitement. In addition, environmental factors inside and outside the competition field often bring certain negative emotions or psychological pressure to athletes. If they can not adjust their tension and overcome psychological pressure in time, It will have an impact on the performance of athletes. This paper analyzes the level and causes of competition anxiety of high school basketball players, and combined with the physical and mental characteristics of high school basketball players, puts forward some countermeasures to adjust competition anxiety, such as alleviating social evaluation anxiety with attention training method, alleviating competitive level anxiety with goal training method, alleviating competition preparation anxiety with simulated competition training method, and alleviating opponent strength anxiety with recall success training method, It is hoped that it can provide a better reference for high school basketball players to alleviate their anxiety.

Methods: This paper takes "literature method", "questionnaire survey method", "mathematical statistics method" and "interview method" as the main research methods. Taking the basketball team players of the fourth senior middle school in Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province as the research object.

Results: (1) the anxiety state of the investigated athletes mainly occurred in the pre competition preparation stage and competition environment, while the influence of the opponent on the anxiety of the athletes was relatively small; (2) The higher the grade of athletes, the lower the level of social evaluation anxiety and opponent strength anxiety; (3) With the continuous growth of training years, athletes' anxiety about whether they can play three aspects in the process of competition preparation, injury and competitive level is reduced year by year; (4) The anxiety of athletes in the back position is higher than that of athletes in other positions, and the anxiety of athletes in the center position is the highest in considering the strength of each other; (5) In the face of social evaluation, the level of anxiety decreases with the rise of athletes' ranking.

Conclusion: high school basketball players' competition anxiety will vary according to different grades, different basketball training years, different positions and different competition ranking. The main reason is that high school basketball players are vulnerable to external factors due to their lack of competition experience, and with the improvement of athletes' grade and the achievement of excellent ranking, the level of corresponding anxiety will be reduced. Therefore, in the training of high school basketball players, athletes and coaches should consciously adjust the competition anxiety of high school basketball players through attention training, goal training, simulated competition training and recall success training.
