本文聚焦于“优秀教师成长过程”的研究,并运用目前国际成人教育领域经典的梅兹罗转化学习理论开展了一次质性研究的崭新尝试。本研究在方法的运用中,主要选择了访谈法、叙事探究法,对五位优秀教师进行长期的跟踪研究,论文最终选定两位为个案,并对他们的教育故事进行了生动的描述。基于此,从教师教育的视角出发,运用跨学科的分析方法,对其中与优秀教师转化学习相关的现象进行了深入的挖掘与阐释。本研究主体内容共分为五章:第一章为导论部分,包括研究缘起、研究问题、重要概念的界定、文献综述、理论框架,以及研究方法的介绍。这一部分主要围绕转化学习这个主题对国内外的相关研究进行梳理,对理论框架重新进行建构。本文的第二、三章分别展示了两位老师的教育故事,并且对他们的故事分别进行转化学习分析。本文的第四章是基于上述两个个案的转化学习的综合比较与分析,从意义观点和转化学习的过程两个角度进行转化学习的归纳说明。本文最后一章是在前几章研究分析的基础之上,提出教师实现转化学习的对策。

I mainly focus on the area of “Excellent Teachers' Process of Growth”. I choose the theory of transformative learning of Mezirow to be the other topic, which has been very popular in international adult eduational reaearch field. With which, I try to put them into a new research practice with qualitative research approach. I use interview method, narrative inquiry as the main weapon. I choose two interviewees, and take their teaching stories as the formal cases. Based on which, I deeply detect, analyse and interpret the phenomena of excellent teachers’ transformative learning. The content of this research is made up of five chapters: Chapter1 introduces the reason why I choose this problem as my research problem, Important concepts, Review of the literature, Theoretical framework,and Research methods. I choose the “transformative learning”as the paper’ theme, then I collect reasarch productions around domestic and overseas. Based on which, I contruct the Theoretical framework. I spend two chapters (from chapter 2 to chapter 3) to deep describe the teaching stories of two cases. I analyse and interpret their phenomena of their transformative lerning. In the chapter4, I synthesize and campare the phenomena of transformative learning. I take the meaning perspectives and the process of transformative learning as two main subjects to describe and sumamary. The last chapter(chapter5) , I put forward the Countermeasures to realize the transfomative learning of teachers.
