对于全民信教的藏族而言，生活处处都与佛教息息相关，藏戏也不例外，藏戏当中体现的佛教思想以喜闻乐见的形式在一定程度上影响了很多老一辈的藏族人，并在价值观、伦理观等各方面形成了广泛的影响。现在的藏戏演出对于老一辈的人仍然倍受欢迎，但于年轻人而言大部分人觉得藏戏唱词晦涩难懂而慢慢疏远。但是藏戏作为藏族的传统文化、先祖留下的财富，我们更需要去保护它。本文通过田野调查和文献研究法。以传统藏戏正剧“雄”里八大藏戏中的《苏吉尼玛》和《朗萨雯蚌》为主，其他六个传统藏戏为辅，分析其中的故事情节，人物对话内容，人物命运探究出了以轮回转世、因果报应、乐善利他等为主的佛教思想，并且分析这些思想对于藏族人价值观，道德观，生活方式方面的影响。通过分析发现，这样的价值导向在社会秩序，民众幸福度及人与人，人与自然和谐相处等方面起到了一定的积极影响，但在另一方面也对社会的发展，经济增长等有着阻碍作用。

The Buddhist thought embodied in Tibetan opera affects many older Tibetans to a certain extent in the form of love and happiness. The current Tibetan opera performance is still very popular for the older generation, but for young people, most people feel that the Tibetan opera lyrics are difficult to understand and slowly alienate. However, as a Tibetan traditional culture and a wealth left by the ancestors, we need to protect it. This paper uses field research and literature research methods. In the traditional Tibetan opera "Xiong", the "Sugini" and "Langsawenbang" in the eight Tibetan operas are supplemented by six other traditional Tibetan operas. The story is analyzed, the content of the characters is discussed, and the fate of the characters is explored. The Buddhist thoughts based on reincarnation, karma, and altruism, and the influence of these thoughts on Tibetan values, morality, and lifestyle. Through analysis, it is found that such value orientation has a certain positive impact on social order, people's happiness and people and people, and people and nature live in harmony, but on the other hand, it also hinders social development and economic growth. effect.
