随着信息化发展和疫情防控的时代背景下,“微课”教学模式已然成为一种趋势,它不仅成为了幼儿园教师专业化发展的需要,也对幼儿的学习产生重要影响。本研究运用内容分析法、问卷调查法和访谈法,从微课的内容、形式、效果与评价四个方面来考察S幼儿园的微课应用现状和影响因素。 疫情爆发后,S幼儿园开展了多样化的微课程,教师们自主筛选组织动画、视频、音乐等素材,积极探索微课实施的方法和策略。微课通过园所平台的分享,家长和幼儿得以享受“停课不停学”的便利,微课得到了家长的高度认可和评价。然而,微课实施中依然存在教师信息技术素养不足、内容不丰富、互动性差等问题,必须加以解决,才能确保微课的实施质量和效果。因此,本研究从教师和园所层面提出了相关建议,改进微课的内容和形式,以解决微课实施中的问题和挑战。 |

With the development of information technology and the background of epidemic prevention and control, "micro-lesson" teaching mode has become a trend, which not only becomes the need for professional development of kindergarten teachers, but also has an important impact on children's learning. In this study, we used content analysis, questionnaires and interviews to examine the current situation and factors influencing the use of micro-lessons in kindergarten S in terms of their content, format, effectiveness and evaluation. After the outbreak of the epidemic, kindergarten S carried out diversified micro-courses and actively explored the methods and strategies of micro-course implementation by independently screening and organizing materials such as animations, videos, and music. Through the sharing on the school platform, parents and children were able to enjoy the convenience of "stopping school", and the micro-courses were highly recognized and evaluated by parents. However, there are still problems in the implementation of microcourses, such as teachers' lack of IT literacy, lack of content richness, and poor interactivity, which must be addressed to ensure the quality and effectiveness of microcourse implementation. Therefore, this study provides recommendations at the teacher and kindergarten levels to improve the content and format of microlessons in order to address the problems and challenges in microlesson implementation. |
