本文选取了中国与全球其他16个典型国家或地区经济体,通过对文化产品竞争力量化评价模型的MATLAB程序化,实现了对其文化产品国际竞争力表现进行评价。通过对得分排名的分析发现,中国虽然在政府扶持力上的得分不俗,在基础竞争力、对外开放能力、企业创新能力、金融支持能力、文化产品出口能力上的表现均属中等,整体评分表现并不理想。
最后,通过对模型的各个准则层权值的灵敏度分析,确定了基础竞争力和金融支持能力为提升中国文化产品竞争力的有效敏感准则层。基于对中国文化产业结构的分析,给出了在对中国软实力的提升给出了指向性政策建议。

In this paper, A competitiveness assessment model of cultural products is established, the MATLAB programme of which is realized. An assessment of China and a chosen range of 16 typical economy(of countries/areas) is conducted, and the overall rank as well as the ranks under the 6 criterion hierarchies showed that except from the outstanding score on government support, China performed mediocrely on the basic competitiveness, the opening ability, enterprise innovation, the financial support, the export in cultural product, which led to a mediocre overall score.
Based on the analysis of the structure of the Chinese cultural industry and the sensitivity analysis, the basic competitiveness and the financial support were spotted to be the valid sensitive criterion hierarchies for enhancement of China’s international competitiveness of cultural products, which would reflect on the country’s soft power. A series of policy commendation are given at the end.
