在生涯发展教育越来越受到关注的现在,高校纷纷开设课程,帮助自己的学生进行生涯探索。紧接着,高中也开始重视对学生生涯发展的支持与教育,比如开设自我认识课程,组织高校、工作单位的参访等。这都是为了帮助学生在通过相应的活动,能更了解自身的特点,从而更为明确自己的生涯目标,做出适合自己的生涯决策。根据Super的相关理论,人的一生是一个不断发展其生涯的过程,而在不同的年龄段都有其相应的生涯发展任务,特别是在成年以前,个体需要通过不同的、符合自己心理特点的方式建立相关的概念、探索自己的生涯目标。 为探索关注中学生生涯发展的规律,更好地理解中学生生涯适应力的影响因素,并探索到生涯亲职行为对中学生生涯适应力及主动性人格发展的影响,本研究通过对初中三个年级,高中三个年级的共713名中学生进行施测,测量了这批中学生的生涯亲职行为、主动性人格和生涯适应力,调查了中学生生涯亲职行为特点和生涯适应力的的特点,探究了生涯亲职行为、主动性人格和生涯适应力之间的关系,得出了以下结果。 1)本研究翻译并修订了Keller 和Whiston的生涯亲职行为量表,修订后的量表分为两个维度,心理支持分量表共10题,行动支持分量表共9题,信效度良好。 2)本研究探究了生涯亲职行为、主动性人格与生涯适应力的关系。结果表明,对初中生和高中生来说,主动性人格和两类生涯亲职行为都与生涯适应力显著正相关。 3)本研究探究了生涯亲职行为与主动性人格之间的关系,结果表明,对初中生和高中生来说生涯亲职行为与主动性人格显著正相关。 4)本研究探究了主动性人格对生涯亲职行为和生涯适应力的中介作用,结果表明主动性人格部分中介了生涯亲职行为对生涯适应力的影响,也就是说亲职生涯行为一方面直接影响个体的生涯适应力发展,另一方面通过影响个体主动性人格的发展影响个体的生涯适应力发展。
外文摘要:
To explore the rules of the career development of middle school students, finding out influence factors, this study researched junior middle school students and high school students in a total of 713. By measuring middle school students’ parental career behavior score, proactive personality score and career adaptability score, we can know more about parental career behavior and career adaptability of middle school students. We also explored the relationship between parental career behavior, proactive personality and career adaptability, conclusions are as follows: 1) This study translated and revised the career parenting behavior checklist by Keller and Whiston. The revised scale include two dimensions. The psychological support subscale includes10 items,while behavior support subscale includes 9 items.All the subscales show good reliability and validity . 2) This study explored the relationship between parental career behavior, proactive personality and career adaptability.The results show that for junior and high school students, career parental behavior relates to predict career adaptability significantly. And proactive personality also relates to career adaptability significantly 3) This study explores the relationship between parental career behavior and proactive personality, and the results show that parental career behavior is positively correlated with proactive personality for middle and high school students. 4)This study explore the relationship between parental career behavior, career adaptability and proactive personality. The results show that parental career behavior influence on career adaptability partially mediated by proactive personality. That is to say, parental career behavior directly affect the career adaptability, on the other hand, by influencing one’s development of proactive personality, parental career behavior indirectly influences one’s career adaptability.
