拓展训练在中国培训领域异军突起，从1995年起，历经十多年的磨练日趋成熟，在企业培训中带来的价值及其影响受到学校教育的认识和关注。拓展训练课程自2002年最早引入北京大学的课堂以来，北京地区又有部分高校将拓展训练引入体育课。拓展训练不仅能够丰富和完善学校体育课程体系, 而且符合素质教育的需要,满足大学生求新、探索的需要，更有利于学生身心健康发展和社会适应能力的需要。从2006年开始，高校在拓展训练进入学校体育教学方面做了较为充分的实践，其开展的状况如何、收获了哪些经验、遇到了哪些问题以及还有更多的高校想进行相关尝试，希望能从已开展拓展训练的高校中吸取一些教学、管理等方面的经验，本研究针对目前拓展训练开展的状况进行详细的调查和总结。通过访谈法和问卷调查法仔细了解拓展训练课程开设的方式、开设的内容、教学的安排、成绩的考核、课程具体实施中的师资、场地器材、学生的反馈和存在的问题，为其他高校开展拓展训练课程提供参考依据，更好的推动拓展训练课程在高校的发展。通过调查与研究本文发现：1、高校拓展训练课程已经逐渐融入了高校体育课堂；2、高校拓展训练课程体系已经初步建立并受到了学生的欢迎；3、高校拓展训练课程存在的问题：拓展训练课程理论的指导性不完善、师资缺乏、场地设施不完善、学生身体素质锻炼不够、对学生的考核评价不完善以及对学生宣传力度不够。

Outward bound training is getting rapidly development and coming of age in china training area since 1995. In more than 10 years, it is realized and accepted in school education because of its value in enterprise training. Outward bound training step into university classroom In 2002 in Beijing, and some universities have in recent years. Outward bound training can not only enrich and perfect school PE curriculum, but combine with quality education, to meet the innovation and exploration requirements of university students, and benefit their physical-mental health and social adaptability.Combining outward bound training with PE curriculum, though universities have launched abundant practice since 2006, such situations as how about the training launching, what experiences have obtained, and what problems have to be encountered, have not been investigated and summarized. At the same time, more universities plan to put this training into practice now, they need teaching and management experiences deeply. In this research, such issues as the mode of curriculum, curriculum content, teaching plan, achievement evaluation, teaching staff, place and equipment guarantee, and the students feedback for outward bound training launching, have been investigated comprehensively through questionnaire and interview, which will provide evidence for the curriculum launching of outward bound training in other universities, and benefit for the development of the curriculum itself. Through this investigation research, the following conclusions have been achieved:1.outward bound training curriculum is integrating into the university PE curriculum. 2.syetem of outward bound training curriculum has been established and popular in university. 3.such problems and difficulties are obvious and outstanding as the deficiency of the guidance of outward bound training curriculum theory, lacking of teaching staff, place and equipment are not perfect, students physical quality training is not enough, the achievement evaluation to students is not perfect and the promotion is inadequate.
