高人际敏感性对个体的社会交往模式以及社会适应能力会产生不良影响。本研究尝试从临床心理学的问题视角,解析有童年留守经历的大学生在宏观和微观层面各因素交叉影响下的高人际敏感性问题,运用阿德勒疗法对一例个案进行干预,以改善来访者的行为目的性和目标定向性、意义感与优越感、社会兴趣和社群感、自尊感等个体的个人议题。咨询师与来访者进行了10次个体咨询,通过治疗关系的建立、对来访者的内在心理动力的探索、来访者的自我理解和领悟、重新定向和再教育等阿德勒治疗过程,改善来访者的高人际敏感特性。主要运用了阿德勒疗法的仿佛法、家庭星座、幼年回忆、把持自己、总结、幽默和沉默等技术,并于结案 3 周后进行回访。

本研究使用了人际敏感性量表,自尊量表,领悟社会支持量表作为量化评估工具,在咨询的前期、后期和回访期,对来访者进行了测量。研究发现:在人际敏感性量表的人际觉知方面,来访者的得分降低了3分,在认同需要和分离焦虑两个维度分别各降低了2分,来访者在羞怯维度得分降低了1分;在自尊量表的整体评分当中,来访者的自尊得分由19分上涨到了21分。

综合来看,咨询过程以及各方面的数据都证明本个案研究起到了较好的干预效果,使来访者的高人际敏感性程度降低,自尊水平提高,自我接纳水平提升,自我力量感增强。研究证明,阿德勒治疗对于有童年留守经历大学生的高人际敏感性问题的干预有良好的适用性和可行性,值得在未来的大学生心理教育中进行深化和推广。

外文摘要:

High interpersonal sensitivity will have adverse effects on the individual's social interaction pattern and social adaptability. From the perspective of clinical psychology, this study tries to analyze the high interpersonal sensitivity of college students with childhood stay-behind experience under the cross-influence of various factors at the macro and micro levels. It applies Adler therapy to intervene a case. In order to improve the client's behavioral purpose and goal orientation, sense of meaning and superiority, social interest and sense of community, sense of self-esteem and other individual personal issues. The counselor conducted 10 individual consultations with the client to improve the client's high interpersonal sensitivity through the Adler therapy process of establishing the therapeutic relationship, exploring the client's inner psychological motivation, the client's self-understanding and insight, reorientation and re-education. Techniques of Adler's treatment, family horoscope, childhood recall, self control, summary, humor, and silence were used. A follow-up visit was made 3 weeks after the case was concluded.

In this study, the Interpersonal Sensitivity Scale, self-esteem scale and perceptive Social Support Scale were used as quantitative assessment tools to measure the clients in the early, late and return period of the consultation. The results showed that: in the interpersonal awareness dimension of interpersonal sensitivity scale, the client's score decreased by 3 points, in the identification need and separation anxiety two points decreased, the client's score in the shyness dimension decreased by 1 point. On the overall scale of self-esteem, the client's self-esteem rose from 19 to 21.

In summary, the consultation process and all aspects of the data proved that this case study played a good intervention effect, so that the client's high interpersonal sensitivity, self-esteem, self-acceptance level, enhanced sense of self power. The research proves that Adler therapy has good applicability and feasibility for the intervention of high interpersonal sensitivity of college students with childhood stay-behind experience, and it is worth deepening and popularizing in the future psychological education of college students.
