保生大帝，是闽台、东南亚地区所共同信奉的“慈慧济世、拯救苍生”的医神。他由“神医”转化为“医神”的这一神圣化的构建过程，体现着古代闽南地区民众的神灵观念和崇拜思想，以及极具民间色彩的民众的自觉或不自觉的对于精神生活的建设，具有多重的文化内涵。保生大帝信仰是在闽南地区世代传承、传播久远的民间信仰，它由地方神信仰走向地域性共同信仰精神，近年来作为海峡两岸民众文化认同与情感联系的纽带，成为闽南地区族群文化的一个很重要的部分。

本文以闽南保生大帝民间信仰作为研究对象，以厦门海沧区青礁慈济祖宫作为主要研究地点，分析了其“神化”（神圣化构建）过程、以及以庙宇为中心、以分香仪式为民间信仰实践方式的“祖庙-分庙式”的地域性信仰体系。同时，本文简要论述了青礁慈济宫的保护与开发，以及海峡两岸保生大帝的共祀与交流现象，体现了保生大帝民间信仰在当代社会的呈现与发展。

Pao-Sheng Ta-Ti is the God of health, which is believed by Fujian, Taiwan and Southeast Asia. The sacred process of his transformation from "divine doctor" to "medical God" embodies the ancient people's spiritual concept and worship thought in Southern Fujian, as well as the people's conscious or unconscious construction of spiritual life, which has multiple cultural connotations. In recent years, as a link of cultural identity and emotional connection between the people on both sides of the Taiwan Strait, Pao-Sheng Ta-Ti belief has become a very important part of ethnic culture in Southern Fujian.

This paper takes the folk belief of Pao-Sheng Ta-Ti in South Fujian as the research object, and takes Qingjiao Tzu Chi Temple in Haicang District of Xiamen as the main research site. It analyzes the process of "deification" (sacred construction), as well as the regional belief system of "ancestral temple - Temple division" centered on temple and folk belief practice mode of incense division ceremony. At the same time, this paper briefly discusses the protection and development of the Qingjiao Tzu Chi Temple, as well as the phenomenon of mutual worship and exchange between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait, which reflects the present and development in the contemporary society.
