青春期恋情一直是文学中一个永恒的母题，也常常发生在我们身边。西方社会学研究者将青少年的恋爱行为称为青春期恋爱或青春恋，然而国内的青春期爱恋一般会被教师和家长视为早恋，被学校教育归结为越轨行为。目前在中国的经验研究中也逐渐引入“青春恋”这一概念。尽管如此，中国社会、教育领域对于青春期的恋爱的态度仍旧是消极为主。青春期恋爱教育是必要的，出这种教育可以帮助青少年树立正确的爱情观和性观念，促进其身心健康和全面发展。本研究试图深入个体经验之中，试图勾勒出青春期恋情中的权力互动。一下是本研究的两个子问题：

1.青少年们在恋爱过程中是什么样子的。

2.权力如何作用在青少年恋情中的，作用的过程是什么样子的。

本研究采取叙事研究方法，访谈了8位大学生作为访谈对象，通过半结构化访谈来收集资料。访谈获得21万字访谈资料，通过运用福柯的权力观念分析，研究发现：

外界权力场域的变化往往会引起场域内二人恋爱关系的变化。当发生转学，毕业等情况。恋爱关系经常会受到影响，甚至会走向破裂。

同时，处在恋爱关系中的青少年在向外与恋爱对象进行互动的同时，也在向内寻找自我。从个人成长的角度来讲，青春期恋情是一部真我的探测器，青少年们通过与他人发生恋爱关系，进而了解自己。

Adolescent love has always been an eternal theme in literature and often happens around us. Western sociologists refer to the romantic behavior of teenagers as adolescent love or puppy love, while in China, adolescent love is generally regarded as early love and is considered a deviant behavior in school education by teachers and parents. However, the concept of "youth love" has gradually been introduced in China's experiential research. Nevertheless, the attitude of Chinese society and the education field towards adolescent love is still predominantly negative. Adolescent love education is necessary, as it can help teenagers establish correct views on love and sex, promote their physical and mental health and all-round development.

This study attempts to delve into the individual experiences and delineate the power dynamics in adolescent love. The following are the two sub-questions of this study:

1. What is the nature of adolescent love in the process of falling in love?

2. How does power operate in adolescent love, and what is the process of its operation?

This study adopts a narrative research method and interviewed eight university students as research subjects, collecting data through semi-structured interviews. The interviews yielded 210,000 words of data, and through the application of Foucault's power perspective, it was found that changes in external power fields often lead to changes in the two-person romantic relationship within the field. When there are changes such as transfer or graduation, the romantic relationship is often affected and even leads to rupture.

At the same time, adolescents in romantic relationships are also searching for themselves while interacting with their love interests. From the perspective of personal growth, adolescent love is a true detector of self, and teenagers can learn about themselves by engaging in romantic relationships with others.
