为了解初中生内外部学习动机的现状与内外部动机的相关关系,本研究主要采用问卷法和访谈法,以劲松三中初中生为研究对象,调查其学习的内部动机与外部动机的强度,内外部动机总强度与其各维度的相关关系,并尝试探究内外部动机强度的影响因素。结果显示当下学生同时具备相当的内部动机与外部动机,且内部动机与外部动机之间呈现出显著的正相关关系;女生较男生,高年级较低年级表现出更强的外部学习动机;母亲所属社会阶层与家庭教养方式都一定程度上影响了子女的内外部学习动机强度。

The main purpose of the present research was to investigate the current situation and the correlation between students` intrinsic motivation and their extrinsic motivation, as a function of a sample of junior high school students in No.3 Beijing Jinsong Middle School. Based on survey and interview analysis, the result shows: firstly, intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation can coexist, and can promote students` study behavior cooperatively; secondly, there is a positive correlation between these two kinks of motivation, though the certain function process is not clear; thirdly, females have stronger extrinsic motivation than males do; students in higher grade are more likely to show strong extrinsic motivation as well; and the social hierarchy of mother, as well as the parenting pattern will affect the strength of students` intrinsic and extrinsic motivation.
