近些年随着城镇化进程的不断发展加速，从政府到社会对于新生代农民工的关注越来越多，针对新生代农民工群体的研究焦点已经从来源问题转向归宿问题，新生代农民工的去留将会对未来十年中国人口规模变动和结构调整产生巨大影响。而新生代农民工的迁移和往代农民工迁移在影响因素、迁移特征和目的地选择上呈现出较大差异。本论文通过对北京市新生代农民工进行抽样访谈和问卷调查，结合ArcGIS、SPSS以及EXCEL软件的综合分析，从空间和时间两方面入手，分析在京新生代农民工务工过程的迁移影响因素、以及不同影响因素影响下空间迁移特征和目的地选择趋势，结果表明：从迁移影响因素来看，在京新生代农民工已经从经济因素占主导发展成为非经济因素与经济因素权衡的结果，“到京时长”“社会网络”“迁移经历”等因素作用效果明显，同时，本论文将主要影响影响因素进行量化，得出主要的六种影响因素对于留京意愿的影响程度并计算其权重；从空间变化趋势来看，在京新生代农民工在务工城市的选择上大城市集聚效应明显；从未来迁移目的地来看，在京新生代农民工受社会网络和迁移经历影响较大，选择出现了整体分散、局部集中的特征。

In recent years, with the continuous development of urbanization process accelerated, from the government to the society more and more attention to the new generation of migrant workers, focus study of new generation migrant workers has been from the source to destination, the futures of Cenozoic migrant workers over the next decade will be China's changes in population size and structure adjustment have a huge impact. Migration and lot journeyed generation of migrant workers and Cenozoic migrant workers on the characteristics and influencing factors, migration destination choice present a bigger difference. This paper based on the new generation of migrant workers in Beijing sampling interview and questionnaire survey, combined with ArcGIS, SPSS and EXCEL software, a comprehensive analysis from two aspects of space and time, the analysis of the migration process of new generation migrant workers migrant workers in Beijing influencing factors, and the characteristics of space under the influence of different factors affecting the migration and destination choice tendency, the results show that, from the perspective of migration factors, new generation of migrant workers in Beijing has dominated the development from economic factors as non-economic factors and economic factors weigh as a result, the "length" to Beijing "social network" "migration experience" and other factors effect is obvious, at the same time, this thesis will mainly influence factors are quantified, it is concluded that the main six kinds of factors affect the degree of willingness to leave Beijing and calculate its weight; From the point of spatial change trend, new generation of migrant workers in Beijing on the choice of migrant workers city metropolitan agglomeration effect is obvious; From the point of future migration destinations, new generation of migrant workers in Beijing are greatly influenced by social network and migration experience, choose the whole characteristic of dispersion, local concentration.
